Meet Bambi—my grandma’s tiny shadow and a professional cozy companion. He came to us as a gift for my grandfather and immediately showed his “main character” energy by running away on day one… then returning like a proud little explorer. Since then, he’s chosen my grandmother as his person. Bambi is about 12, sweet and quirky, loves rubs and cuddles (when he approves them), and he never bites. He’ll alert you if someone’s at the door, but he’s all talk—zero aggression. He’s fully mobile, just slower now with some hind-leg stiffness, and he’d thrive in a calm, warm home with blankets, a quiet routine, and a human to snuggle (ideally right in the crook of your arm). Why rehoming: my grandmother is 94 and can’t provide the care he deserves anymore, so I’m helping find him a safe, loving “golden years” home.
