Story
Stella is 9.5 years old, and she was adopted along with her sister from the SPCA. She can be quite timid, especially with men. She no longer gets along with her sister, and needs to be the only pet in the home. She eats Hills prescription low-fat dog food. She is currently on Prozac and Trazodone to try and help with her anxiety and aggression towards her sister, but we do not know if it’s having an effect. She loves to lick your face. She loves to be an under a blanket in your lap. She definitely needs to sleep in the bed with you. We are heartsick to have to rehome her, but we do not see another reasonable option.

Story
Rue is an extremely lovable little girl who we found after she had been hit by a car at 4 months old we had to get her surgery to repair her broken hip and all the medical treatment needed, she is now 12 years old, she's been my loyal companion and has always sat and slept with me. It truly breaks my heart to have to rehome her but is absolutely necessary, she gets along well with all other animals and children of all ages, we have 19 grandchildren and never have had a problem with her loving them all. Rue is due for her yearly shots and due to relocating we just can't afford to get the shots before we hopefully get her rehomed. Rue loves to play as well and will absolutely love anyone who gives her a squeaky toy! She has always eaten pedigree small bites dogfood and anything I eat as well, yes I spoiled her! Rue will most definitely let you know when anyone is at your home before they knock, great little alarm! She is truly a great dog.

Hi! My name is Seymour I’m a 6-month-old Chihuahua mix, weighing about 13 lbs, and I’m a big fan of snuggles! I love being close to my people and enjoy spending time with my foster dog siblings. I also do well with children who are gentle with me. Cats? They confuse me a bit, but I don’t mind them at all.I’m looking for a home with a safe, fully fenced yard where I can play and explore. I also require lots of hugs and kisses—and I insist on sleeping under the covers in your bed. I’ll happily use a crate when you’re not home (I’m told it’s for my safety), but when you are home, I want to be right by your side.I love wearing cozy sweaters and fleece jackets and look pretty adorable in them, if I do say so myself.You may notice that I’m missing of one of my back feet. I was either born this way or had an injury when I was very young—but it doesn’t slow me down one bit! Sometimes I walk or run on three legs, and other times I use all four. The vets say it’s callused and causes me no discomfort. I run, jump, and climb stairs just like any other pup.If you’re searching for an energetic little snuggle bug, I might be your perfect match.Oh—and I almost forgot!
