Looking for experienced Chihuahua person. Chester is the last to find a new home of the 8 surrendered from a backyard breeder who was sentenced to 15 years in prison, not sure why, didn’t ask. His niece who has physical issues and can not care for them brought them to us. He is around 3 years old, no papers, he had his DHPP, not neutered and is in desperate need of nail trim. We have had him since Thursday, 3/26/26. He is sad, confused and scared and misses his original owner and his buddies. They got adopted . He is potty trained, he will get in his carrier to be taken outside and will get back in his carrier to come back in. They said he was abused and will not let anyone touch him. I have a chihuahua mix of my own that was the same way when I got her. It took her months to trust me and a year to trust my husband. She is the best little girl, however, she is cuddly and as sweet as can be. Chester will need his own space and time to get use to you. He will take treats that we give him for going potty outside. Welcome Jolie! Look everyone I think she is the cutest girl 🤷❤️🐾. To the person that called her ugly I hope you find more love and compassion in your life. Does she have an underbite? 💯 She does. That just makes her extra special. She is under a year old and a tiny 6 pounds and is all legs. So tall for her tiny body. She gave me kisses right away and was super sweet. She was a stray at our local animal control so I don't have much history on her. They said she did decent on keeping her kennel clean and just started to have interest in toys. She has met my dogs but can be overwhelmed so proper introductions and polite dogs will be best for her. Leia is a paired pet and must be rehomed with her brother Luke who is also listed on this site. She is a very loving dog and loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. She loves to play fetch and tug of war. I am looking for a home that will be able to be home with them more often than I can now. I work full time, will need to start physical therapy soon and will be traveling more. They have both lived with a dog and cat before. Luke is more anxious than Leia around other dogs.
