Greetings. My name is Gidget. I am a Chihuahua who is thought to be 3 years old and was found as a stray. I LOVE attention. I am working on my house breaking. I am quiet in the crate and stay in it at night and as well as when my foster mom is at work. I have no interest in toys so far and am pretty vocal when I play with other dogs. I do have a bit of a jealousy problem with my foster brother and might do best as an only dog where I can get all the love. Did I mention I like attention?? I also enjoy being brushed or combed. Not sure how I feel about cats and kids might not be a good idea because I am pretty rambunctious and jump a lot. Gidget is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative and on heartworm prevention. These are a few of my favorite things: playing with other dogs, attention from people, and running in the yard. I am working on my house breaking and am doing pretty well with it. This small 6lb Chihuahua has lots of energy, loves to play. Not aggressive or biting at all. My blue-eyed beautiful kitty doesn't appreciate him being in her home. He would get along well with Children with lots of energy to run and play with. He has a clean bill of health and Rabies Vaccine from my Vet with the first available surgery date the end of April 2026 for Neuter. I live in retirement apartments that's very quiet and I think a private home would be better for him. I can't physically keep up with him and would love to find him a fun forever home.
