Bean is a 5 year old Chihuahua and weights 13.5 lbs. One of his owners passed away and the other elderly owner had to go into a care home. The conditions he came out of were not good and his skin has been healing. Bean is a sweet little dog who loves to sit next to you and follow you around. He is not completely housetrained and will need some training, although his foster mom is working with him on it. He gets along with other dogs and has a lot of personality. Bean walks good on a leash but is used to a fenced in yard. Bean has been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and given heartworm/flea prevention. Story
Twila is an 8-year-old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix whose owner recently passed away. She has spent most of her life with one person and is now trying to adjust to losing the only home she has ever known. Twila is fearful of new people and can be slow to trust, but once she gets to know you she is incredibly sweet, intelligent, and loving. She is calm and aloof around other dogs and cats, seems to do well with children, and walks nicely on a leash. She has not been destructive, has had no accidents in my home, and is generally a very easy dog to care for. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances of her owner's passing, I have no veterinary records for her. She is not spayed and is not up to date on vaccinations. I am desperately trying to find her a safe place to land, as I only have about a week before I will have no choice but to take her to animal control. She has already lost her owner and her home, and I would love to see her get one more chance.

Comet was a rescue dog who is now about six years old. He’s affectionate, energetic and playful, but also a territorial and doesn’t like to be left alone. As our kids have gotten older and schedules have gotten busier we can’t give him the attention he needs. He would need a home with activity and attention.
