You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Blaze!  *His adoption fee is $150.00.  *He is believed to be a 5 year old Chihuahua mix.*Blaze is a very lovable dog.*He has been well behaved at his foster home.*Blaze can be a bit fearful at first and needs some time to warm up to new surroundings.*He is not potty trained but working on it.*Blaze is a velcro pup!  He loves to be by your side and suffers from a bit of separation anxiety.*He is a relatively quiet dog unless he is crated.*It has been recommended that Blaze get a full dental cleaning sometime in the near future.*The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record. I adopted Sean as a puppy, he's 3 years old and a precious ,quirky, funny little dog who loves both his time alone and his cuddles. Sean needs to be an only pet. I need to re-home him because he starts fights with other dogs in my home. and I'm worried for his and my other dogs safety. He's been around my older kids and loves them , has also been around babies and toddlers and has done well. He is a precious little dog, my favorite really, I just want to find him a loving home where he is safe and cared for.
