Hello I’m Romeo. Just a little guy around 17lbs and best guess is I’m about 2 years old. My favorite things to do are lay on the back of the couch and cuddle next to my foster mom. I am house broken and can be left out to roam while you’re away. In my foster home is a cat and other dogs but, I wouldn’t mind being your one and only, I would actually prefer it! It would also be best if I went to a home with older or no kids. I’m looking for a human or humans to cuddle with forever. Applicants must reside within 1 hr of Toledo, OH and have a fenced in yard. This is my mom’s dog Chloe. My mom passed away about a month ago, so we need to rehome Chloe. Unfortunately my family cannot foster Chloe long term. Chloe has lived with my mom for her entire life. Chloe did live with a bigger dog that was a husky/chow mix for most of her life until December of 2022, and they did get along well. Chloe is approximately 12 years old. She is house trained but does have occasional accidents inside. Chloe is a pretty chill dog and sleeps most of the day. I’m really hoping Chloe can find a loving home.

Keto is an 18 year old who is looking for a pawspice home for the remainder of his life.  He is being adopted with his friend, Little Bit, a 12 year old chihuahua.  They entered rescue together and need to stay together.  Keto is mostly blind, we think he sees shadows, and hard of hearing.  He is great at adapting to a new environment as he quickly found his way to water station and how to get in and out of the house.  He needs help with housetraining due to his age.  He does do his business outside if taken on a regular basis.  He sometimes needs to be carried outside.  Needs to have potty pads close by incase he doesn't make it outside.  He is on soft food due to poor dental health, but vet recommends leaving as is, at his age,  Keto is content to just eat and sleep.  Little Bit is more active and engaging and loves short walks and snoozing on her human's lap.  They both get along with other dogs and don't mind cats. Both dogs ate fixed, up to date on shots, rabies, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention. Both are currently in a foster home. Adoption fee of $250 for the pair. ##1694766##

Little Bit is a 12 year old chihuahua that entered the rescue along with her best friend, Keto, an 18 year old chihuahua.  They were owner surrendered due to owner health issues.  Little Bit is house and kennel trained. She loves short walks and climbing into her human's lap for snoozing.  She is good with other dogs and cats.  They both need to eat wet food due to lack of some teeth.  Bit has a small cough, when excited due to a minor heart murmur.  Keto is 18, mostly blind, we think he sees shadows, and hard of hearing.  He is content to just eat and sleep. He tries to be good about housetraining as long as he is put out on a regular basis, however, he should have potty pads close by in case natural calls before you get to him.  They are a bonded pair and love to cuddle together to sleep. A home with no kids or teenagers is required as they are senior dogs. They are fixed, up to date on shots, rabies, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention. Adoption fee is $250 for the pair.  ##1694730##
