Help us find the perfect family for Pete. He was surrendered to a rural MS shelter and was absolutely terrified there. However, in just 2 days with his foster he has come out of his shell and we have learned a lot about him. First of all, he loves other dogs - especially small dogs and puppies. He tolerates bigger dogs, but isn’t as interested. He is also crate trained and stays all night in the crate without a peep. He is also a lap dog and loves to snuggle, but if you stand up to leave, he follows wherever you go. He is not nippy or growly, so I think he would be good with kids as well. He seems like a happy guy who deserves a great home. A few key notes about our Rescue… 1. All of our pets start their journey in Memphis Tennessee. 2. No monies exchange hands until the pet has arrived 3. Once adopted, our pets can be transported to Denver, Colorado, the Midwest and all of the north eastern states. 4.
