I’ve had her since she was about 6mths. She’s an old lady now (16) and needs more attention than I can give. She is house trained but her age is making it difficult for her to hold it and she needs to go out constantly. She’s still active as she runs around with the cats I have. She’s stays hungry and thirsty for some reason. She’s a great lap dog and loves to be rubbed. I would like a pet lover to get her to handle her with care for the rest of her days!

Introducing my little buddy Bruno ☺️ Bruno has been with me and my family since he was a puppy and really is the sweetest 6lb little guy.. I never thought in a million years that I would even have to consider giving him up for adoption but I recently have went through a divorce after 20 years and have had to work a lot more to make ends meet. On top of that pretty soon with my career I will be on a boat 6 months out of the year and ultimately just want the best for my baby. Bruno is very low maintenance and thrives well off of treats and cuddles. He housebroken but also knows how to use pee pads. because of his age and size he would do best in a home with no small children, or other large breed dogs..although he's not afraid of them they could accidentally hurt him. Ideally because my baby is enjoying his golden years a fenced in backyard would put the cherry on top. If you work from home he will be by your side all day. Ideally I would like to maintain contact with his new family ❤️

Introducing my baby BRUNO ☺️ Bruno has been apart of my family since a he was a puppy for almost 9 years now. I never thought in a million years I would even have to consider giving him up for adoption 😔 but after a recent divorce of 20 years I'm having to work a lot more, and will soon be shipping out to sea for 6 months out of the year, and feel as though its only fair to him. Bruno is a super sweet low maintenance little guy and thrives off of cuddles and treats. Although tough and protective..lol.., Because of his age and size (6lbs 9years old) I feel he would do best in a household with no small children or larger breeds (unless they are also a little older/calmer) just to prevent Bruno from being hurt unintentionally. He is housebroken and also can use pee pads.If you have a fenced in backyard that would be the cherry on top. He loves being outside. And I'll go ahead and let u know.. wherever you go.. he will be right behind you. As we know chis are very loyal. Feel free to ask

Raven  was surrendered to a county shelter.  She is extremely scared and barks at everyone until she learns to trust.  She needs a lap to feel safe and someone to love and protect her.  The woman who surrendered her just handed her over and told the tech that Raven was their problem now.  We have only had her for 4 days and she is learning to trust.  Her current foster just informed us that she can't foster any longer because she had health issues and wasn't able to care for Raven any longer.  She needs a quiet family with no children and one who understands that everyone is a giant to her and will give her time to trust.  She is a sweet little girl once you get to that point.  If you want a loving lap pup who wants to be with you once you have passed the trust test, contact Rainbow Animal Rescue at 7574721583 or rainbowanimalrescueva@gmail.comOctober 5, 2026, 5:25 pm

They don’t need much space or food, yet they give enormous companionship, loyalty, and joy. These little dogs want to be at the center of their person’s world, creating bonds that last a lifetime and leaving a legacy of love that endures even after they are gone.   Grant’s story is one of resilience and hope. He came from a home with too many dogs and not enough care, ending up in a tiny shelter in Tennessee, frightened and unsure of the world. Despite this uncertain past, Grant has a gentle heart and a sweet, affectionate nature that is shining through more every day.   Grant is a handsome 1-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua with the most charming white sock “leggings” that make him truly stand out. He’s a tall little boy with a big heart, and though he can be a bit nervous at first, he is making remarkable progress in just two weeks with us. Like a child a little afraid of the dark, Grant simply needs patience, love, and gentle reassurance. Once he feels safe, he will gladly curl up in your lap, soak up attention, and shower you with affection.   He is good with other dogs, though sometimes a little bossy at first—likely a habit from his uncertain past—but he quickly backs down once he feels secure. Grant is mostly housebroken and does well in a home without a crate. He is a climber and clever little adventurer, so confining him isn’t the best idea. He thrives when allowed to move freely, and he won’t tear anything up.   Grant is a small dog with enormous potential to become a loving, devoted companion for the right person.   Pacino Pepe is a 9 year old White Chihuahua with the biggest and sweetest eyes you have ever seen.  This tiny 5 pound boy has been a loyal partner for years to an older woman with MS and cancer and now she has passed and he is an orphan looking for a new senior home to bright some joy and love to. He lived with his former Mom and was deeply bonded with her as she was fairly isolated and never left the house. This boy is housebroken and pee pad trained but will go outside as well. He will make a fuss if you leave the room and he is not with you. A homebody person that just loves the home environment and  puttering outside in the yard could be the ideal new adopter for Pacino Pepe. He does get along with other dogs but he truly wants to claim his female person immediately and follow her everywhere. The foster family went to church with his mom and reassured her they would fine him a home. He is a very affectionate dog  that is crate trained and housebroken.  He is also comfortable with frequent visitors of various ages as well.
