Diego was found as one of three abandoned puppies on a hill in Longview. My daughter, hiking with her friend, heard curious puppies barking from atop a hill. The pups were eager to interact, but they were too unsure to get close. After three days of gaining their trust, 2 of the 3 puppies were rescued. Diego and his brother have lived with me since 2022. He was starving to the point of death and the vet didnt think he or his companion would make it. After 3 weeks of feeding him thru a tube he was able to stand on his own and began eating on his own. After he was strong enough he became a proud father to my female and had 7 puppies. He is a wonderful father! He loves his pups so much. But we decided to get him fixed to prevent any more surprises. Another thing about Diego is he likes to lick the other dogs eyes. It sounds funny but he will growl at another dog until they let him.lick their eyes. Its weird but good cuz now I dont have to clean my other dogs eyes. Hes a great companion

Get to know buck and his needs! Buck is 11 years old and has been through a lot which is why this decision has been so hard, his foster parents got him from a k!ll shelter in California and through them is how mine and bucks story began. We got to learn that buck enjoys being out on the water on a paddle board but not such a fan of being in the water, he loves warmer weather and loves to go outside for chill days or walk days. He does have a marking issue however he has diapers and a washable puppy pad that we put in his kennel, he can also be very quick to let you know if he doesn't like something and will nip at you like a grumpy old man and he is on a strictly wet dog food diet as he has some missing teeth. The best setting for buck is mid energy, no other dogs, lots of outside time, food and treats, and preferably have an owner that is home 95% of the time and experienced with animals. Buck will come with everything I have for him (inquire and I can list what he will come with)

🐾 A Forever Home for Dusty & Badie 🐾 Meet Dusty, a senior Dachshund estimated to be around 15 years old, and his best friend Badie, a Chihuahua who may be 10 or older. We cannot be certain of their exact ages, but we are happy to share everything we know with anyone interested in adopting them. These two came to us together, and their bond is incredibly sweet. They sleep in the same bed, eat from the same bowl, and head outside side by side. They truly love one another and are looking for a forever home where they can remain together. Dusty and Badie eat soft food because Dusty’s lower jaw has deteriorated with age, leaving the front of it a little floppy. It does not stop him from enjoying his meals or his life—it is simply part of loving this very special senior boy. Both dogs are sweet, affectionate, and wonderful with people and other dogs. They are not asking for much: a soft bed, gentle care, good food, and someone willing to love them through their golden years. Senior dogs may not come with as much time, but they make every moment incredibly meaningful. I have had little bear since she was only 6 weeks old. She looked like a little polar bear so thats what we named her. I worked 13 hr night shifts raising 1 kid with several dogs and little bear is MY dog. Not the kids mine. Shes the best hunter of flys, mosquitoes, spiders, and any kind of bug she sees. She catches and leaves never to see that bug again. She handles it out if sight.. weird right? On the hunt every morning noon and night I let her out and she gracefully jumps the 4 foot fence even tho shes only 12 lbs and she runs the whole 2.5 achres from 1 end to the other looking for anything if she can chase. . Skunk. (Never been sprayed) shes fast! Racoon. Never been bitten. Shes fast,! And when she sees a chicken ...you say no no little bear and she comes right back and smiles that cheesy grin! Oh shes such a good girl. But I have to rehome her and ,I would love visits if possible. ! Im crying writing this. Story to continue.. ok i need more room.
