Century Egg is an adorable antique chihuahua that came to Murci's Mission from animal control. She has an estimated birthdate of 12/01/2011. If you only like to walk for 100 feet or less and then get right back to snuggling in a big blanky pile, then you've already got a great understanding of the inner thoughts of Cenni.  She's a simple girl who has no teeth and eats a tablespoon of wet dog food twice a day. She can be a bit of a jerk to other dogs if they bother her when she's napping or try to take her things. She can use potty pads or go potty outside. She likes car rides and she toots when you pick her up. She deserves the best golden months or years that she can have, and that should be a simple task for most animal lovers because she doesn't need too terribly much.  As of now, Century Egg just had bloodwork and dental, and everything looks quite good. She has no special medical needs at this time but would appreciate a hypoallergenic diet to reduce itchiness. She will likely develope additional medical complications as she ages, so please be prepared to take her for routine medical care.  Cenni comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.  Her adoption fee is waived and includes her leash, collar, ID tag, harness, food sample, medical records, and a consult with a trainer should her adopter be inclined to take advantage of it. IMMEDIATE FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Gray! He’s a 4-year-old, 6 lb Chihuahua is currently living in a foster home. Gray is an affectionate tiny male chihuahua mix that would love nothing more than to be your new best friend! He enjoys playing with his toys and will gladly chew on a bone for hours. But his favorite activity is just to be near his people or snuggled up in an open lap. He is the perfect dog for anyone who appreciates cuddling with their pups! He gets along with other dogs but we are not sure of cats since our foster home doesn’t have any. Some of his favorite activities are: • Looking for snacks since he is very food motivated, which will help with training! • Spinning in circles like an excited tornado to greet his people when they come home. • Napping under a warm blanket for hours at a time. • Playing with his dog toys and chewing on treats. Gray would thrive in a loving home where he can receive plenty of attention and potentially have another small dog he could play with since he is younger and enjoys being active at times. He is still learning to trust humans and will do best in a quiet adult only home who can give him the time and gentle care he needs to be himself. He starts off shy but once he trusts you, he is the most loving and sweetest dog! We are looking for a stand-alone home for him in a quiet suburban neighborhood. He is not well suited for busy city life or apartment/condo living. He is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $450.
