Hi, I'm Foxy, a tiny Chihuahua girl with a big story.People describe me as timid, playful, and calm. My favorite things are playing with dogs my size, curling up for long naps, and hiding under the bed when I feel unsure.I came from a neighborhood in La Paz, where I was searching through trash for food. I was covered in ticks and fleas, very thin, and dehydrated. Life was hard, and because of that, it still takes me time to feel safe in new places or with new people.My ideal home has a yard where I can sunbathe, patient humans who take me for gentle walks, and lots of toys. I need to be treated like a true family member.A home without space to play or where I'm left outside would not be right for me. I'm small, sensitive, and ready to finally feel loved.This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

ResQ is a real lover, lap dog and bed mate. Since moving up here last year from Las Vegas for cancer treatment, I’ve lived with my daughter and her 2 big dogs and small children. He doesn’t like the big dogs and has been occasionally peeing in the house, even though he uses the doggie door all the time. Because of this, I use a diaper and they insist I kennel him. He doesn’t like that and barks non stop when I’m gone. They are giving me such a hard time, I have no choice but to rehome him. He would be best with a person who is home alot and wants a lap dog to love and be loved. He has a heart murmur diagnosed the past year and is on an inexpensive pill.

Puppy was born September 15th. He is Chihuahua, yorkie, miniature pincher, miniature poodle, pomeranian, super mutt babyboy. Hes a sweet, loving, playful. Gets along with dogs and kids. He loves to curl up next to me when its sleeptime or just hangin out. He loves to go on walks. Hasn't been vaccinated, chipped or neutered. Hes still learning to potty outside and inside on potty pads for emergencies. Ill keep him until I find his forever home. Im praying to find him his forever home. Someone to loved and care for him as I have. Someone with the time and patience. He deserves a happy life, love him so much. Wish I could keep him but already have 3 dogs. I havent named him I wanted his forever person to pick his name!
