Story
Get ready for cuteness overload, Sally! Sally is an adorable little chihuahua mixed with Maltese & Poodle. She has no long or curly hair, but she will steal your heart 💖 One of her favorite activities is cuddling: with people, and even next to a kitty. Other pastimes include dancing on her hind legs & singing the songs of her people in an only key sopranos dare to reach, watching toilets flush, & sunbathing. She does like to dig, unfortunately near the fence line, so should not be outdoors unattended. Also, although she cuddles with sleeping kitties, awake kitties are fair game for tag - something they might not appreciate. Both of these are trainable with this smart pup. So if cuteness, low shedding, small size, & a whole lotta fun are what you are looking for, hurry to adopt Sally! She is available through God’s Dogs Rescue (www.godsdogsrescue.com) Extra Attributes Leash trained Sings & dances when excited Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
This cutie is Peanut Chi. He is around 3.5 months old and under 7 lbs. We think he may be a *Chihuahua Mix*, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that he is adorable and from one of the MOST desperate areas in the entire US based on statistics. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from us, it saves their life as well as the life of another in its place. Peanut has been in a loving foster home since he was under a week old, growing up alongside his mom, siblings, resident adult dogs, and rotating foster dogs of all breeds and sizes. Thanks to that early and consistent socialization, Peanut is wonderfully well-adjusted and truly does amazing with everyone he meets. He’s a neighborhood favorite with adults, kids, and dogs alike. Peanut is currently working on his leash skills... he’s still deciding how he feels about it, but his confidence shines in other ways. He loves playing chase in the yard with his humans and happily tries to join in on the big dogs’ playtime (while smartly knowing wrestling with 60-lb friends is not his lane). His favorite snacks include tiny bundles of ham and cheese and cottage cheese, and when playtime is over, he’s perfectly content curled up in his foster mom’s lap watching Netflix or sunbathing outside. He’s also working on potty training. Because he has access to water around the clock, he needs nighttime potty breaks. When his foster parents are away, Peanut does great relaxing in a pen with his toys and a pee pad, a setup that keeps him safe and sets him up for success as he continues to grow and learn. Peanut’s days are happily simple and full of companionship. His foster parents work from home, so he’s always surrounded by people and dogs. He starts his mornings by heading straight outside, then comes in for breakfast before settling in with his foster mom to play with toys and “help” with morning chores by chasing her around the house. The rest of the day follows a perfect puppy rhythm: play, eat, sleep — repeat. With Texas weather being unpredictable, Peanut has built quite the wardrobe and is very agreeable about getting dressed. He’s a total sweetheart who loves to snuggle into the crook of his foster mom’s neck and give the softest kisses. Like any puppy, Peanut is still learning his manners and may occasionally chew on fingers or toes, but he’s easily redirected with a toy. He’s very social and thrives on companionship, so he would do best in a home with other animals and/or a family that is around much of the time to keep him engaged and loved. Peanut is still very young and will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. A puppy is discovering new things that shape their personalities with each passing day. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy starting immediately when arriving at their new home, which will help with potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? We proudly have over 17,000 successful adoptions and excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about creating lasting matches between dog and family for long term success and take the time to ensure each adoption is a fit through our matchmaking process. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth, and we enjoy seeing their progress! We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap—ranging from $100–$1,000+ per dog. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test or $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30-day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions Access to multiple dog trainers in your area, along with $40 off of your first session of in person dog training through Rover Training 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Story
Meet Coco! This lovely girl is just wonderful! Coco is around 5 years old and weighs about 16 lbs (she is a tiny bit overweight). She is a friendly girl who loves children and gets along great with other dogs. She likes to chase cats, though not in an aggressive way. It's probably better if she does not live with a cat.  She likes a nice walk and will then happily relax with you at home. She's an easy-going girl who will fit in most everywhere. She is house trained mostly but may occasionally have an accident so needs frequent access to the outside. Coco is vaccinated, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
