Doran is a 5-year-old Chinese Crested/Terrier mix who was sadly left behind by his previous people… but don’t worry, he’s handled it like the brave little champ he is. He’s learned that humans can actually be pretty great, especially the kind who give him a little time and a lot of patience. Once you’re in his trust circle? You’re in for life. This funny, quirky guy loves hanging out with other dogs and can often be found running around playing tag with his foster buddies like it’s recess. When he’s not zooming, he’s perfecting his sun-lounging skills, popping in and out of the doggy door like he owns the place, or chasing squirrels who absolutely started it. Doran’s favorite things include: Toys (all of them) Treats (yes, please) Couch cuddles (non-negotiable) Sunshine naps Being your little shadow once he feels safe He’s equal parts playful and cuddly, silly and sweet, and ready for a home that will let him settle in at his own pace and show him he’s finally home for good. He can be timid at first, but every day he’s learning that people can be kind and love can be safe. Once he feels comfortable, Dan shows his sweet side—curling up on the couch, soaking up the sunshine, and happily sharing space with other dogs. Dan enjoys the simple joys in life: sunbathing like a pro, chasing squirrels and birds, and letting deer know (from a safe distance) that he’s on neighborhood watch. He’s a soft, sensitive boy who thrives in calm environments and would love a quiet person or couple who can give him patience, consistency, and all the affection he’s been waiting for. He came to Ginger’s Pet Rescue as a local surrender, and while his start in life changed quickly, Rudy has jumped into his next chapter with tail wags and a whole lot of heart. Rudy is at that wonderful puppy stage where everything is an adventure — new smells, new toys, and new friends. He loves gentle play, cozy naps, and sticking close to his people as he figures out the world around him. With the right guidance, patience, and love, he’s ready to grow into a loyal little companion who will be by your side for years to come. &#226&#156&#168 Rudy Fox is looking for a foster or a forever home where he can learn, play, and feel safe as he blossoms into the dog he’s meant to be. HI, MY NAME IS BRUISER and I'm a great little guy! I'm a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who was rescued from an overcrowded and scary California shelter. I'm currently in a foster home, where I share my days with other dogs, though I'm losing my foster home soon. I get along well with other dogs, but would honestly do best with a female companion, or as only dog as sometimes the other boys annoy me. I'm a little underweight at the moment and weigh about 10 lbs. I am pretty quiet, and I love to snuggle! Can you adopt me? I'm currently still in California, but can be transported to you in Washington. Please email for an application.
