Story
FYI: Rorescue is having an adoption event on Saturday December 13 fro 12noon to 3 PM at K9 Korral 6520 E 22nd st, Tucson. If this dog is still available at that time, She will be there. Please note: Rorescue takes in unwanted, damaged or last chance dogs and try to get them to the adoptable stage. If you are looking for perfect this may not be the dog for you. HOWEVER, If you are that special person who is seeking to make this sweetie's future better than her past, please continue reading. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ VIVI is a sweet 7 lb female chiweenie. PACC estimates her to be around 4 years old. VIVI's story: We think that if Vivi were to tell her story, it would come out in book form and possibly be a best seller. VIVI obviously has had several litters of puppies. Judging by her personality, she was a great mama. At some time during her short 4 years she sustained several fractures to her hind area. She healed all on her own before landing at the local shelter. The fractures have not healed prefectly. She walks normally, jumps and plays without a care and is in no pain. Our Orthopedic and our Neurological Surgeons say that nothing is to be gained by doing any surgical repairs at this time. Doc says that she may develop arthritis in her old age, as most of us do. Her only sustaining symptom is that the end of her tail flops as she wags it. HEALTH: VIVI is in remarkable good health in spite of her past. FYI: Since VIVI has had a difficult past, we are being very selective with her new home and how to keep her safe. PLEASE NOTE: The following website may help you in your search for the perfect dog.. https://www.rescuedogs101.com/things-to-know-before-adopting-dog/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. Our primary concern is the dog's future safety, health and happiness. ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. We do NOT adopt to: * adopters who intend for the dog to live outside. * out-of area or out of state locations. * homes where someone smokes cigarettes, vape or smoke prescribed or non-prescribed substances inside the home

Story
This is JoJo, he is the sweetest little old guy. He loves getting attention and is good with cats, dogs and children. He was rescued by my family from a rough situation a few years ago under the impression he was 9 months old and potty trained. He was actually a few years old and not neutered. He is about 9 years old now to my understanding and has cataracts and doesn't seem to hear very well but is otherwise healthy. Due to financial strain we have found it best to re-home him at this time.

These pups are in Marana, Arizona too!

Story
T-Bone came to us when his family could no longer care for him. He is estimated around 9 years old and is approximately 12 lbs. He is doing well with the potty routine in his foster home - going outside when his foster dad is home and using puppy pads when he is away at work. He enjoys his yard time and is a big fan of treats! He does have some mild food protectiveness but that is understandable given that there was not enough food at his former home. T-Bone does pretty well on a leash. He does great in a crate and ok in the car. He is timid but very affectionate once he warms up and knows you are safe. He is generally not a big barker. T-Bone is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and also had bloodwork done which looked good! Story
Pita came to us after being surrendered by her family, and has proven to be an exceptional dog. She is 5-6 years old and 29lbs but could stand to lose a few. She LOVES her walks and is not a picky eater and likes to stay close to her foster but is not 'needy'. Her foster shared that she has the cutest little snore when she is falling asleep (but does not snore once she is fully to sleep). She is fully leash trained and seems to be housebroken as long as she has opportunities to get out because she has not quite figured out the dog door but does wait and can notify. She has very nice house manners and can be trusted to be loose in the home while her human is gone. She does not seem to have separation anxiety. Story
Meet Pepsi aka Moxie, a delightful senior dog with an alert expression that always seems to be wondering what's happening around him and if he might be missing out on something special. Pepsi's curiosity and love for good food make him quite the character, and he often dreams about the days when he might have become a chef. Though his culinary career never took off, Pepsi now enjoys his retirement in a fabulous foster home, savoring delicious meals and living the good life. Pepsi came to us from PACC when his human had to enter a care facility. Since then, his foster family has discovered what an amazing dog he truly is. Friendly with everyone he meets, whether they have two legs or four, Pepsi is well-behaved and adapts easily to new environments. He is housetrained with a dog door, leash trained, and crate trained, making him a well-mannered and easygoing companion. He is also snake trained!! Characteristics: Age: 10 years old Weight: Approximately 16 lbs Adorable floppy ears Very alert and curious Friendly and sociable Well-behaved Housetrained with a dog door Leash trained and crate trained During his time in rescue, Pepsi received a dental cleaning (a little over a year ago) and has transitioned smoothly. He has an endearing personality and an adventurous spirit, always ready to explore new things and enjoy life to the fullest. His foster reports that Pepsi is truly a joy to have around. Pepsi is looking for his forever home where he can continue his culinary adventures and bring joy to his new family.
