**PLEASE BE READY TO ADOPT WHEN REQUESTING AN APPLICATION!!** 3-5-26: "Hello everyone, my name is TEDDY, and I am ready to come live with you! I am a Chihuahua Dachshund mix (Chiweenie), at about 2 to 3 years old, 14 pounds, fully vetted, heartworm negative and micro chipped! I have come to this great rescue after I ended up at the local shelter when my owner passed away, and the authorities could not locate any family that would want me. Well, my Foster Mom saw me on the list, and here I am! I am such a happy, happy boy, with a tail that wags nonstop--I love to play with the other dogs in my foster home, am great in my crate, and my manners are that of a true gentleman! I do have to have surgery for a dislocated hip that I have had for a while--my owner never had me treated for it, but this rescue is stepping up to help me! My bloodwork has come back great, so they will be scheduling a FHO, a replacement of the ball of my hip joint. It does not seem to affect me in any way, but I am getting it fixed to be the best boy I can be! Do I sound like a guy you'd love to add to your life? Lady is exactly what her name suggests, a gentle, sweet soul with a soft heart. She’s the kind of dog who wins people over simply by being near them. Whether she’s leaning in for pets or quietly watching the world around her, Lady carries herself with a calm, loving charm that’s hard not to adore. We’re still getting to know Lady, but if her personality is anything to go by, we imagine she’d be the type to happily carry around a favorite stuffed toy or patiently wait for a tasty treat (a crunchy biscuit or two would probably make her day). She seems like the kind of pup who would enjoy cozy naps, leisurely walks, and spending time with the people she loves most. Meet Bubbles, who comes to us from a local shelter when her previous owners brought her there to be euthanized. Bubbles is a vibrant 11-year-old, 10.5 lb., Chihuahua. She has one eye, and is still carrying some of her holiday weight, but that doesn't stop this wonderful little love bug one bit. Bubbles is housebroken, funny, loves to give kisses, loves her belly rubbed, enjoys walks, gets along with other dogs and cats, and she can even jump on the couch by herself. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is adored by her foster family and we're pretty sure she will captivate your heart as well.
