Moon Hunter is a gentle 5-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing 14 pounds, with a soft, quiet charm and a sweet, steady presence. She can be a little reserved when meeting new people and prefers to take her time getting comfortable, but once she trusts you, she reveals a deeply affectionate and loyal nature. She gets along well with kids, cats, and other dogs, and carries herself with an easy, calm friendliness once she’s settled in. Moon Hunter enjoys peaceful companionship—she’s just as happy relaxing nearby as she is going for a calm stroll by your side. She is already well-mannered and easy to live with, knowing how to use a doggy door and walking nicely on a leash. Her routine manners make her a lovely, low-drama companion in the home. Born on 7/21/25 right at our rescue (her mama arrived pregnant), Jasmine has been surrounded by love since day one. Jasmine is a happy, curious pup who loves to explore and play. She can be a little shy when meeting new people at first, but give her a moment and she’ll warm up with tail wags and sweetness. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having furry friends—cats, however, are still a bit too spooky for her taste! This smart girl already knows how to use a potty pad and understands going outside too. She’s still practicing her leash skills, but she’s learning and getting better every day. This dog came from an RV homeless encampment that the city cleared out. Some lady came by with him and was going to let him loose so we took him. He needs just socializing-prob trapped in an RV all day in a crate. He is super sweet but a little fearful, understandably. We havent been able to work with him on that. He would do great somewhere where he will be socialized more. His name is Lester. He can be puppy nippy. He is a little leary of men and will nip at them if they reach for him too quickly.
