Story
Joey is a sweet boy that loves being with his owner and having his head petted. He loves snuggling on the couch and laying under blankets because he gets cold easily. He does not like being left alone and can be barky as a result. For this reason, he is not ideal in an apartment or condo. He is good with smaller dogs once he acclimates, but is fearful of larger dogs. He can be nervous and requires a calm owner and predictable routines. I adopted Joey when he was six and have been his owner for five years. Even though he is 11 years old, he has a lot of energy, likes to play fetch with small plushies, and likes his daily walks. I recently had to return to working from my office this has not been beneficial to him as I am away for long hours. I feel he would be better served in a home with people around for most of the day.

She is almost more cat than dog - once she’s comfortable, she will stay there rather than follow you around the house). She *thinks* she likes walks but really she just likes the idea of them - after a few minutes, she starts dragging until you turn around and go home. She’s great with all the people she’s met but may bark at you from afar. Give her scritches and you’re in! You’ll know you’ve hit the right spot when she starts wiggling and licking the air. One of her nicknames is “wiggles” because of this. She can be a bit jumpy due to a traumatic puppyhood. It would be important for her family to understand this and do what’s possible to avoid suddenly touching her while she’s unaware. Georgia *needs* to be the only pet in the home (unless the other pets
