She loves long walks, enjoys exploring the world through her nose, and walks beautifully on leash. She's a great companion on neighborhood strolls, remaining calm and non-reactive around other dogs, people, bicycles, cars, and even golf carts.This smart girl already knows commands like "sit" and "paw" and is learning "down." She loves car rides, hops in and out of the car with ease, and is happiest curled up on the couch for a little TV time with her favorite people. During foster visits, she did well with other dogs after proper introductions and showed just how much potential she has.Butterscotch can be a little reserved when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, she forms meaningful bonds with her people. She is looking for a calm, experienced home where she can feel safe, build trust, and continue to thrive. Charlie is the perfect dog!!! He will lay around with you all day long, he will sit by you as you work. He is sooo friendly with other dogs and strangers. He is loved by everyone who comes to contact with him. Charlie has only barked a handful of times. Friends who’ve taken care of him for us have mentioned they forget he’s there since all he does is nap and lay. He is incredibly house trained I’ve never had an accident for the year I’ve had him. My family enjoys Charlie and he’s been nothing but great to us. Unfortunately now with a baby we feel like Charlie is not receiving the amount of love he deserves.
