Adopt Sophie 🐾🎀
We rescued this sweet girl from Lancaster shelter a couple weeks ago and at just 10–11 weeks old and 9 pounds, Sophie is everything you could want in a puppy and more.
She is playful, curious, adventurous, goofy, and incredibly smart. Sophie loves every person she meets and has never met a stranger. Whether it’s adults, kids, or new friends, she greets everyone with a wagging tail and her sweet, soulful eyes that will melt your heart.
Sophie is currently living with another dog and would love a canine friend who enjoys having a playful little shadow. Her favorite thing in the world is trying to convince her foster brother to play with her. That said, she would also do just fine as the only dog in the home as long as she gets plenty of love and attention 🥰
Like any puppy, Sophie has plenty of energy and loves to play hard. One of her foster’s favorite things is watching her zoom around the house, play her heart out, and then suddenly crash into the deepest puppy nap imaginable. She also absolutely adores belly rubs and practically looks like she’s giggling when you scratch her tummy.
Sophie is already crate trained, sleeps through the night, and has never had an accident in her crate. She’s doing great with potty-training, rides well in the car, knows “sit,” and even plays fetch 🙌🏼
