Meet Zeke. This precious boy joined the NorCal family when he was found as a stray and ended up in the San Jose Shelter. We think Zeke is about 11 years old. Zeke arrived at the shelter horribly matted and dirty. It took two grooming appointments to shave him down. Hence, you will notice the before and after pictures of Zeke. Here is what Zeke's foster mom says about him: Zeke is a 21-pound velcro pup. He is happy, sweet guy. His main joy is being with his person, whether watching movies on the couch or walking in the park, Zeke is happy just being with you. He rides quietly in the car and sleeps on his own bed at night. He likes spending a few minutes during the day playing fetch with his toys. Zeke gets along well with other dogs. He welcomes new people, but is a little shy at first. Zeke needs to be in a home with someone who can be home with him the majority of the time and can take him on short walks. Zeke has been to the Vet for a full work up. He has an unusual gait, which could have been from an old back injury. Xray's do show some damage to his back. At this time, Zeke does not appear bothered. Zeke is also showing signs of some early kidney disease and is on kidney food. This sweet boy deserves a forever home to call his own. Please give Zeke a chance. Meet Goose. Goose joined the NorCal family when his owners could no longer take care of him. Goose is a joy to have around the house, but is a little bit skittish when he first meets new people. He warms up easily, but is reactive on leash with other dogs, while on a walk. He is good with people and dogs in the home. Goose is affectionate, loving and loyal, but is not good with small children. Goose needs a secure, fenced yard to run around and explore. Goose is potty trained. Goose is a total love and enjoys his snuggles and pets. He needs a patient owner that can help him grow into the best dog he can be. Ollie is a high energy 2 year old English Cocker. He loves to play and play and play, His favorite game is fetch with a ball. He gets along with some dogs but not all. He prefers people but at the same time needs a minute to get introduced. He would do best in a calm expirenced home that can work on his basic manners. He is not a bad boy just very green and like all teenagers, needs to learn bounderies.   Ollie, really is a lovely boy, knows sit and shake, walks ok on a leash and can walk past a bunch of barking dogs without barking back. He needs an adopter.  Ollie is currently in Jamestown ready for the next chapter in his life. His fee is $500 ##2363101##

Because he prefers to be an only dog and is partially blind, he has been waiting for his new home for way too long. He is full of love, fun and all he wants with all his heart is a forever family. He loves to go hiking, car rides and to the lake for a swim. Nothing slows him down.
