Sweet Dixie Lynn is about 2 years old and finally ready to find a home to call her very own! This lovely beauty has been busy nursing and raising a little of puppies, and not what she's seen all of them off to their forever homes, it's her turn. I mean puppies are great and all, but think about the joys of adopting a sweet adult dog who is already past the chewing stage, knows the what's what of pottying outside, leash trained, crate trained, sleeps throught the night....all the wonderful things about adopting an adult dog. Dixie Lynn is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested ****** for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. Pulled at the last minute from San Pedro shelter and so glad we did. He is a sweet old man with a mellow personality and just toodle doodles around. Love this old guy.. Quiet and grumpy face and sweet. He was adopted and his owner just died. Please let him find that soft spot again. He would love to be a companion dog and an only dog.

Now Nala is ready to leave the uncertainty of her past behind and begin the wonderful life that should have always been hers. When we say Nala is a dream girl, we truly mean it. She has the gentlest soul and the sweetest presence. She is the kind of dog who quietly fills a room with warmth just by being there. Nala loves to be close to her people, sharing soft cuddles, calm companionship, and those soulful Cocker Spaniel eyes that seem to understand everything. Not long after being rescued, Nala went through treatment for irritable bowel issues that were most likely brought on by the stress of whatever life she lived before she was found.
