Story
.DOB 12-28-2024 Fuzzy, happy and sweet. This gorgeous little girl is ready for her home and family. Up to date on shots and all medical. Colette is social, loves to play and gets along with everyone. Colette will be around 25 pounds as an adult, she is spayed, heartworm negative and is on ProHeart6 heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is 750.00, transport fee is 165.00 The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
🐾❤️ WILEY ❤️🐾 “Apparently, I need too much attention.” Well, THIS is awkward. Meet Wiley, a 7-year-old purebred Cocker Spaniel whose previous family surrendered him for the most astonishing reason we have heard in a while: “He needs too much attention.” Excuse me? Sir, you are a COCKER SPANIEL. That is literally one of the job descriptions. 😂 Wiley would like to formally state that he considers attention to be a reasonable and necessary component of the human-dog relationship. Belly rubs? Yes. Being told he's handsome? Obviously. Having someone talk to him? Preferably. Being included in whatever you're doing? Absolutely. And just look at that face. That is the face of a dog who has absolutely no intention of apologizing for wanting to be loved. ❤️ Wiley is a purebred Cocker Spaniel, and Cocker people already know about the ears. Those magnificent, glorious, adorable ears can also be prone to infections, so Wiley has just had a fresh haircut to help keep things clean and comfortable while we get his ears sorted out. Right now he's rocking the “summer vacation meets witness protection” look, and frankly, we're into it. Underneath that new haircut is one very happy, very sweet boy. Wiley is: ✔️ 7 years old ✔️ Purebred Cocker Spaniel ✔️ Neutered ✔️ Up to date on vaccinations ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ Heartworm negative ✔️ Happy and healthy ✔️ Ready to go home And yes, he likes people. A lot. Which brings us back to that whole “too much attention” thing. We have decided that Wiley's problem isn't that he needs too much attention. He simply hasn't yet found someone who thinks there is no such thing as too much Wiley. Maybe you're the person who wants a dog following you around the house. Maybe you enjoy having someone supervise your laundry, watch television with you, accompany you around the yard and stare lovingly into your eyes for absolutely no reason. Maybe you actually LIKE being wanted. If so... Wiley has been looking for you. 🐾❤️ And if anyone asks why you adopted a dog who “needs too much attention,” just tell them: “Because I had some to spare.” 😍

Story
Gavin will turn 10 in September. I’ve had him since he was 3 months old, he’s a very good boy and loves people and children. He doesn’t do too well with other dogs unless they are very small. He is crate trained and uses the bathroom outdoors. He is very loving.
