.DOB 12-28-2024 Fuzzy, happy and sweet. This gorgeous little girl is ready for her home and family. Up to date on shots and all medical. Colette is social, loves to play and gets along with everyone. Colette will be around 25 pounds as an adult, she is spayed, heartworm negative and is on ProHeart6 heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is 750.00, transport fee is 165.00 The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Pulled at the last minute from San Pedro shelter and so glad we did. He is a sweet old man with a mellow personality and just toodle doodles around. Love this old guy.. Quiet and grumpy face and sweet. He was adopted and his owner just died. Please let him find that soft spot again. He would love to be a companion dog and an only dog.

Story
Coco is finally discovering safety, comfort, and kindness after being rescued from China by our partner Hope 4 Fur and the Andrew Sabin Family Foundation. She can be pretty reserved at first, carefully taking in her surroundings and moving at her own pace. It will take time for Coco to feel secure, but once she does, her personality starts to come through. With gentle patience and consistent reassurance, she will form a strong, devoted bond and show just how tender and loyal she can be.

Story
After enduring an unimaginable start in China, Pumpkin was given a second chance thanks to our rescue partner Hope 4 Fur and the Andrew Sabin Family Foundation. Currently, Pumpkin is very scared. The world feels big and overwhelming to him, and he takes it all in with cautious eyes and a tender heart. He would thrive in a patient, quiet home where expectations are low and compassion is abundant. With steady kindness and time, Pumpkin will gradually learn to trust and discover that he no longer needs to be afraid. His personality may not shine right away, but beneath the fear is a sweet, loving boy just waiting for the chance to emerge.
