Story
🐾 Basic Information Bebe is a neutered male Cocker Spaniel, estimated to be around 10 years old, and weighs approximately 30.9 lbs (14 kg). He is currently staying in a foster home in South Korea, where he is receiving care and waiting for his second chance at life. 💔 Rescue Story Bebe was found abandoned in a rural greenhouse, where he had been living in neglect alongside his puppies. While his puppies were rescued by another organization, Bebe—older and less “adoptable” in the eyes of many—was left behind alone. Despite his age and medical condition, we could not turn away. We believed he deserved dignity, care, and the opportunity to experience love in a real home, so our team stepped in to rescue him. 🐶 Personality & Social Traits Bebe is incredibly affectionate and people-oriented. He loves being around humans and enjoys playing with toys, especially fetch. He has a gentle and easygoing temperament, gets along well with other dogs, and shows no signs of aggression. He has not been tested with cats, but based on his calm nature, he does not display prey drive or reactivity. 🚶 Daily Life & Habits He enjoys walks very much and has good leash manners. Bebe is fully outdoor potty trained (100% outdoor elimination) and does not show signs of separation anxiety. He may bark when he hears unfamiliar noises, but remains calm and quiet when he is with people. He has no known food allergies and is not a picky eater. ⚕️ Health & Special Care Bebe has been diagnosed with Cushing’s syndrome, a condition that requires lifelong management. However, he is currently stable and doing well under care. Importantly, our organization is committed to supporting his future family by providing his Cushing’s medication for life, ensuring that his condition does not become a financial burden for adopters. 🏡 Ideal Home Bebe is looking for a compassionate and understanding family who can fully embrace both his story and his medical needs. He would do well in a calm, loving environment where he can spend quality time with his people and enjoy a comfortable, stable routine. 🌱 A Second Chance After a life of neglect and being left behind, Bebe is finally ready to be someone’s beloved companion. All he needs now is a family willing to see his worth and give him the warm, secure future he has always deserved. 🌍 Adoption Information We facilitate international adoptions and are dedicated to finding permanent, loving homes for our dogs in countries including South Korea, the United States, Canada, and Germany. The adoption fee is all-inclusive, covering international transportation, spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, and the airline-approved travel crate. This ensures that each dog is fully prepared for a safe and compliant journey to their new home. We kindly ask all applicants to carefully review each dog’s profile before reaching out. To maintain an efficient and respectful adoption process, we may not respond to inquiries that attempt to negotiate the adoption fee or include questions already addressed in the provided information.

Story
WISE is entirely volunteer-run and all of the donations made to our rescue go directly back to the animals in our care. By partnering with veterinary practices that support our work, we are able to save animals lives and restore them back to health. While some animals only need standard care, others require more extensive veterinary or behavioral care.Regardless of which dog you are applying for, we are looking for adopters to support our program with a minimum donation of $850. The donation may or may not be directly applied to care of the dog you're adopting but rather goes toward supporting all of the dogs in the rescue. We appreciate the understanding of our potential adopters. Please keep this in mind prior to applying.NAME: Freckles McGeeBREED: CockapooDOB: April 1, 2025GENDER: maleHome Recommendation: Freckles McGee is shy puppy that will thrive in a calm, patient, and understanding home where he is given the time and space he needs to build confidence at his own pace. An ideal home would be a quieter environment with a predictable routine and caregivers who are gentle, reassuring, and willing to let him come out of his shell naturally.Personality: Freckles McGee may be a little shy at first, but underneath that gentle demeanor is a very smart and observant pup who is eager to learn. He takes in everything around him and, once he feels safe, he begins to show his curious and thoughtful personality. With a little patience and encouragement, his confidence will start to grow, and his willingness to learn really shines through. Freckles McGee is a sweet pup that forms strong bonds with his people and will thrive with someone who can continue to nurture his confidence while helping him reach his full potential.KIDS: YesDOGS: YesCATS: YesTraining: Freckles McGee is still at the very beginning of his training journey and will need guidance, patience, and consistency to help him succeed. He is learning the basics of house training and will benefit from a structured routine with frequent potty breaks and positive reinforcement. Crate training has been going well and provides him with a safe, cozy space. Leash walking is still new, but with gentle encouragement and rewards, he is beginning to understand. WHY DID THEY COME TO WISE: Puppy mills overbreed to the point where they produce more dogs than they can sell. Dogs like Freckles McGee were rejected for reasons ranging from birth defects, being born with the wrong color fur or eyes, or just simply because no one wanted to purchase them. When the dogs are not sold, the puppy mills destroy them, and it is legal to do so. WISE has recently partnered with a group to save these unwanted dogs - healthy, unhealthy, and/or with birth defects - who are destined to be killed for no reason.Visit WiseAnimalRescue.org to fill out an adoption application.Adoption areas include: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.

Story
Brave is a 2 year old cocker spaniel. This is what his foster family says about him... Brave is Two years young and looking for his forever family.  Brave is crate trained, potty trained and knows to sit, wait, leave it and place.  He is very smart and food motivated!  He is neutered, up to date on all of his shots and behaves well at the vet.   Brave and his Foster Mom are working with a Trainer to address his reactivity when walking on a leash.  He will need someone who is willing to keep up the Training he has done so far and can continue to make progress.   Brave loves adventure, playing with his toys, hunting for them in hide and seek play and especially going for walks.   He would do best in a home with older kids and he is very used to kids coming in and out.  Brave needs someone to be patient because he can have his guard up at first but he is  just frightened of new people sometimes and you will see his tail wagging.  Once he gets to know you, Brave can be very loving and is happiest by your side or lying on his bed near you.  He is such a sweet boy and has so much love to give!   If you are interested in making Brave part of your family, please contact Beth at sharackb68@gmail.com This is a courtesy post for the owner of this dog.  You will not be adopting from Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue. Please contact the owner directly through the contact info provided above.      March 7, 2026, 10:33 am
