Precious truly lives up to her name! This very sweet girl was found all alone and abandoned on the street and no one ever claimed her. Precious is practically blind and was covered in fleas. She gets around pretty well in spite of her very limited vision and walks well on a leash with a little guidance. She is also very affectionate and can be described as a velcro dog - just wants to be with her people. Precious is crate trained and if kept on a regular schedule, she is housebroken. This beautiful girl had some hair loss on her back from the fleas but it is slowly growing back now that the fleas are gone. If you are a cocker spaniel lover, please consider adding Precious to your family. She gets along. with everyone - people, other dogs and cats too. She would love to have a soft bed and a loving home to live out her golden years. Precious is about 10 years old and 27 pounds. Please help Precious find herl forever family. ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). .DOB 12-28-2024 Fuzzy, happy and sweet. This gorgeous little girl is ready for her home and family. Up to date on shots and all medical. Colette is social, loves to play and gets along with everyone. Colette will be around 25 pounds as an adult, she is spayed, heartworm negative and is on ProHeart6 heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is 750.00, transport fee is 165.00 The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. After you submit your application please allow a few days to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We do look for the best home that fits each of our pets, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Winnie is a funny full of life dog who just needs someone to give her more attention then I can handle. We are upset to see her go but we know she deserves more. She loves toys, outside and is protective. Treats are her favorite and she is very food motivated. She was trained so she knows simple commands. She currently is living with 3 cats and a 6 year old and 8 month old. She loved playing with my 6 year old and loves on my 8 month old constantly. She is good with the cats and plays with them as well. Preferably would want her to go to someone with a yard or access to dog parks since she loves to run around outside. Currently lives in an apartment so she is used to that as well and has been part of a move before if you ever have to move she caused no issues and acclimated easily.
