Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet King ✨ — Your Loyal New Best Friend Hi, I’m King! I’m a 3-year-old Spitz/Collie Shepherd Mix. My rescue says I'm a Mix of love with a big heart and a happy spirit, willing to give and receive lots of love. I had a rough start in life after my human family abandoned me, my mate, and our puppies, but thanks to our rescue, my family is now safe—and I’m ready to leave the past behind and start my best chapter yet. I’m a social, affectionate boy who loves spending time with my people. Walks, car rides, and cozy snuggles are some of my favorite things. I do great with older, considerate kids, get along well with other dogs, and even do fine with cats (as long as they’re friendly too ). If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving companion who will be a loyal sidekick through life, I might be your perfect match. If you live in LA, San Diego County, or surrounding areas and would like to help me on my journey, please apply to foster me at www.tlck9rescue.org ❤️Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 4, 2026, 4:47 pm

Story
Are you looking for a 70-lb teddy bear? Look no further than this hunk of love, Otis! Otis is an 8 year old Lab mix who came to Lionels Legacy after his beloved owner sadly passed away. Despite the change in his life, Otis has remained the sweetest, most easy going companion you could hope to meet.Otis is truly the perfect house guest, probably because he is convinced he is actually a human! Dog beds? Not for this guy. A cozy sofa or a comfy bed is much more his style. He loves people and other dogs and has wonderful manners. Otis is gentle when taking treats, enjoys a good game of fetch, and happily joins you for walks around the neighborhood. One of his favorite things is meeting new friends, both two legged and four while out and about.Otis is healthy, happy, and has many more years of love to give. If you are looking for a loyal companion who will greet you every morning with the sweetest teddy bear hug, Otis might just be your perfect match. If you would like to give this lovable boy the home he deserves, apply to adopt Otis here:Fill out an adoption application directly on our website at www.lionelslegacy.org

Story
Zeus is a dog that packs a punch in a good way, he’s energetic, playful and cuddly. Zeus was previously adopted from the humane society by my husband and I a few years ago. However, with a new baby welcomed into the family along with my husband being gone at the moment for work in the military, our home is no longer the best fit for Zeus. Zeus is a fur baby that requires lots of love and constant attention which I am no longer able to give him. Zeus has separation anxiety and needs someone who will be home with him more often than not. He loves to go to the dog park to play and is very friendly with other dogs but can be reactive on leash when on day to day walks. Zeus is a great dog with lots of love to give and whom is also very open to receiving love!

Story
Honey was rescued from the euthanasia list at an open-intake shelter in Houston, Texas, where staff worked tirelessly to give her every possible chance. Just in time, Hope Rescue Ranch stepped in and saved her life. During her transition, Honey experienced a brief behavioral setback, largely due to not having adequate time and support to fully decompress after everything she had been through. Wanting to ensure she had every opportunity to succeed in her new chapter, Hope Rescue Ranch transported Honey to Lavender Run, where she can receive the training and guidance she needs to truly let her sweet, loving personality shine. We are so excited to help Honey continue her journey and can’t wait to find her the perfect forever home! Honey is professionally on and off leash trained. Her adoption fee will include 4 professional training sessions. Honey will do best in a child-free home and can do well with or without other dogs.
