Meet your New Best Friend at an Adoption Event near you! Hail is thinking about coming to an adoption event near you very soon. If you’d like to learn more about this pup and their fluffy friends who are looking for their furever homes, check out our website: https://amazingdogs.org/available-dogs/ If you would like to reserve this doggie and have us bring them to the event of your choice for you to meet first, you can do so by paying a non-refundable deposit of $50 to our Venmo or Zelle account (619-918 2142 in the name of Amazing Dogs; pls indicate your telephone number). Click Here to Sponsor Me! (just write my name in the notes) Adoption APPLICATION: Muttsinneed.org/adoption-application   ** Application must be completed prior to a meet & greet.                                   Our Adoption Process:Muttsinneed.org/adoption-process  Chance is a Four-year-old Shepherd Collie mix. This handsome boy was an owner surrender. When they could no longer care for him they gave him up. He was in a home with two kids. Chance LOVES other dogs and is great with people he knows. He is not good with strangers and cannot go to a home that has people coming in and out.    He loves to go for walks, play with squeaky toys, other dogs, and jump in his baby pool for a dip on hot days… Or even cold days.     He can become protective over his home so again we are looking for a 1 to 2 person household who doesn’t mind putting the dog away when guests come over or the pool/lawn man. He would also do best in a home with another fun dog.    If you would like to meet him please fill out an application:   https://www.muttsinneed.org/adoption-application.htmlSeptember 13, 2024, 10:18 pm

Story
Hello, my name is Shadow and I am a black and white mutt who is a year and a half old. I am full vaccinated and spayed. I have a very funny personality and love to go on nature walks, play in the hose, and tug of war with my ropes and toys. I am crate trained and sleep all night. I love my daycare and have been in training to socialize better with other dogs and people. I still have stranger danger and will need someone who understands my dog anxiety better. I am very sweet with all the people I am comfortable with but will still need help on my walks and meeting new people with a professional trainer. I am extremely food motivated and will do almost any command for a good treat. I can't wait to meet you and find my forever home. Shadow's Adoption fee is $350 and includes spay, microchip and current vaccinations. Story
How this pet arrived: Jax was brought in by his previous owner on August 24, 2024.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Jax, your future adventure buddy with boundless energy and a brain that's always buzzing! This young, smart pup is ready to be your co-pilot on all of life's escapades, from hiking trails to road trips. Jax was acing potty training in his previous home, so he's well on his way to being the perfect housemate. But don't let his cute face fool you-Jax is no couch potato. He's looking for a home that can keep up with his zest for life, offering plenty of mental and physical enrichment. Think of him as your personal trainer, motivational coach, and comedian all rolled into one furry package. Jax does have a bit of a "boisterous" side. When he gets excited, he might get a little too enthusiastic with mouthing, this can be a common behavior displayed by herding dogs who need more exercise, stimulation, or a "job" to do. Jax is eager to learn and improve his manners, and with the right guidance, he'll be the perfect sidekick for your active lifestyle. So, if you're looking for a dog who's as ready for adventure as you are, grab a leash and collar, and get ready to embark on a lifetime of fun with Jax! Just be prepared for a little extra enthusiasm along the way.Excitable Dog: This pet requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them.
