Story
Tommy is a cute and cuddly little boy with an eternally cute face. He was found on the streets with a tumor about 5.5" in diameter in his belly. He lasted a year in treatment with chemotherapy and medication and needed surgery to remove the remaining encapsulated mass. In addition to needing special food to break up a stone bladder, he has ultrasounds to make sure he don't get sediment in his bladder every three months. He is currently a healthy, happy, loving and tender dog. He is very loyal and protective, intelligent and playful. He don't get along well with alpha male dogs, but plays well with puppies and females. He is sociable with children and adults. Tommy is a Border collie mix, and is smaller than a Border collie. When you talk to him he makes a cute and cuddly face, ducks his head and rolls his eyes upwards, I think he knows he is cute and takes advantage of that. Tommy is a dog to spoil, to cuddle and to give him lots of love, since his first family didn't give him all he deserved. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. The adoption fee does not include transportation to North of San Diego

Story
Meet Nico! This big, strong boy is the sweetest and gentlest dog you will ever meet. High energy and eager to play, he gets along well with dogs and loves to jump and run with them. He loves food and walks (Well, he loves to take you for a run, haha!) And when he sees you, he gets excited and dances with his front paws. His chubby and hairy appearance makes him so cute, with all the personality of a golden retriever/Labrador, loyal but too clumsy and curious, extroverted and with an insatiable desire to smell everything. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Meet Butterball! Butterball is a 6-year-old Husky/Border Collie mix who’s as sweet as his name. This handsome 60-lb boy is neutered, affectionate, and loves attention. He’s great with kids and gets along well with other dogs, making him the perfect companion for a family or anyone who loves an affectionate, loyal friend. Butterball enjoys being part of the action — whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, playtime in the yard, or just curling up for snuggles. He’s gentle, loving, and ready to bring so much joy to his new home. Butterball has a brother, Banjo, who is also looking for a home — they can be adopted together or separately. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 (Currently in San Diego) If you’re ready to meet Butterball, reach out to Sabrina 717-377-3588 s.m.morrison97@gmail.comMarch 8, 2026, 8:45 pm

Story
Meet Banjo! Banjo is a 6-year-old Husky/Border Collie mix with striking looks and a big personality. Weighing around 60 lbs and neutered, Banjo loves human attention and thrives on affection. He’s smart, loyal, and has that wonderful mix of Husky confidence and Collie heart. Banjo would do best in a home without small dogs or young kids, but he’s more than ready to be someone’s devoted adventure buddy. He’d love a secure yard, daily walks, and lots of love from his person. Banjo’s brother, Butterball, is also available for adoption — they adore each other but can be adopted separately. (currently in San Diego) Ready to give Banjo a home where he can shine? Message Sabrina (717)377-3588 s.m.morrison97@gmail.comMarch 8, 2026, 8:45 pm

Story
Meet Cinder Cinder is a handsome 7-year-old, 56-pound boy who’s ready to find a home to call his own. He’s neutered, healthy, and just received a clean bill of health from his recent wellness check at VCA this week. Cinder enjoys being out and about and thrives in an active environment. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, hanging out in a big yard, or joining you for daily adventures, he’s happiest when he has space to move and a person to share it with. When he’s out at places like the dog park, Cinder does well with dogs of all sizes. In the home, though, he prefers to be the star of the show and would do best as the only dog, soaking up all the love and attention for himself. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s ready to join you for walks, backyard time, and everyday adventures, Cinder could be the perfect match. Give this sweet boy the home he’s been waiting for. If interested in Cinder please contact foster Leticia- (707) 2351220 lhumeston@icloud.comMarch 8, 2026, 8:45 pm

Story
Zeus is a dog that packs a punch in a good way, he’s energetic, playful and cuddly. Zeus was previously adopted from the humane society by my husband and I a few years ago. However, with a new baby welcomed into the family along with my husband being gone at the moment for work in the military, our home is no longer the best fit for Zeus. Zeus is a fur baby that requires lots of love and constant attention which I am no longer able to give him. Zeus has separation anxiety and needs someone who will be home with him more often than not. He loves to go to the dog park to play and is very friendly with other dogs but can be reactive on leash when on day to day walks. Zeus is a great dog with lots of love to give and whom is also very open to receiving love!

Story
Honey was rescued from the euthanasia list at an open-intake shelter in Houston, Texas, where staff worked tirelessly to give her every possible chance. Just in time, Hope Rescue Ranch stepped in and saved her life. During her transition, Honey experienced a brief behavioral setback, largely due to not having adequate time and support to fully decompress after everything she had been through. Wanting to ensure she had every opportunity to succeed in her new chapter, Hope Rescue Ranch transported Honey to Lavender Run, where she can receive the training and guidance she needs to truly let her sweet, loving personality shine. We are so excited to help Honey continue her journey and can’t wait to find her the perfect forever home! Honey is professionally on and off leash trained. Her adoption fee will include 4 professional training sessions. Honey will do best in a child-free home and can do well with or without other dogs.
