Story
Meet Tumbes, a beautiful 2-year-old Collie/Hound mix who came to Big Dog Ranch from the Fitzgerald Humane Society in Georgia along with his five siblings and mom—all of whom have been adopted. Now it's Tumbes’ turn to find the right home where he can truly thrive. He has been adopted before but was returned because he struggled to get along with the children in the home. Because of this, Tumbes will do best in a calm, adult-only environment with a patient, experienced owner—especially someone familiar with hound or herding breeds. Tumbes is a high-energy pup who loves to stay active, play with toys, and go for walks. He’s already learned his basic commands and walks well on a leash. While he can be dog selective, he does enjoy the company of the right canine friends. Cats, however, are not a good fit for this guy due to his strong prey drive. Though he may be shy or reserved at first, once he warms up to you, Tumbes becomes a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys cuddling and one-on-one time. Tumbes is looking for a stable, understanding home where he can continue building confidence and enjoying life as a loyal and energetic best friend. Could that be with you?

Story
Scooby is an incredibly shy dog who takes a little while to gain the confidence to blossom. When he does, he is funny, affectionate and loving. He gains his confidence through the company of other dogs. Scooby absolutely loves to play, inside and outside. He is wonderful with every dog, and a very popular playmate. Scooby is the dog app the other dog parents at the park are excited to see there. He is an o Edie t boy who has worked hard to learns his commands. He might take a little while to be that outgoing pup he dreams of being but he is a sweet and gentle addition to any home.
