Bandit here, checking in for pup duty! I’m a well-mannered senior gentleman looking for a loving home. I grew up with a lifetime of love from my person, but they're no longer with me, and now I’m hoping to find a new family to share my golden years with. I really love car and truck rides, especially with a breeze in my fur and maybe a pup cup along the way. After our drive, a hike is perfect! From the foothills to the Bosque and the park, I love exploring. When I’m not out and about, I enjoy playing with sticks or lounging inside. I know stay, heel, and lay down, and I’m housetrained (though I may need a little time adjusting in a new home). I’m social and gentle with everyone, including kids, and I get along well with other dogs. (Cats, though, are just too tempting to chase.) I thrive on attention and love a good nap afterward. If you’re ready for a loyal, charming companion for rides, walks, and cozy moments, I just might be your guy. Come meet me today! Ruff!

Our team can’t emphasize enough how full of love this sweet, seven-year-old Cattle Dog mix is! Josie has stolen our hearts with her affectionate and calm personality. She loves to lay in the grass and soak up the sunshine, take slow walks with plenty of time to sniff and explore, play with toys, hang out with her human friends, and is food motivated (there’s no treat left behind with this girl!) Josie knows "sit" and "down" and would love to learn more if treats are involved! A team member says, “Josie loves meeting new people – she rolls over for belly rubs and is just thrilled to be by your side. She is truly a sweetheart who will be a wonderful companion for someone!”

My owners had to move and couldn’t take me with them. So I’m looking for a new human or family so I can make their day fun. I’m still a young gal and always ready for play. Balls, Plushies, Fetch, Tug…it’s all good. I like to play with other dogs too and good with kids. I’m also a real fan of cuddles at the end of the day. I have the cutest ears and soft, dark brown coat. And check out my stunning white booties. So if you’re looking for personality, affection and goofy charm, I can’t wait to meet you.
