You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Greetings!!  If you’re looking for a best friend, look no further.  I’m Cheeko, and I'm a super fun guy. My favorite thing to do is run around and play with my siblings and give kisses to my foster mom.   I am good with other most other dogs, dog savvy children, and I have been exposed to ranch animals and done well with them, as well. I am just 2 years old and I'm listed as a collie mix - probably with some husky in me, too! I weigh approximately 45 pounds. I am house trained and never have accidents when I have access to the doggy door. I'm super ready to find my forever family! Could it be with you?    Apply to meet me today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplicationVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 23, 2025, 3:09 pm

Story
Kory is an incredibly smart boy with a big heart and an even bigger list of tricks to show off! This clever guy knows sit, shake, lay down, speak, and even whisper — yes, whisper! He’s housetrained, eager to learn, and always ready to impress. Earning Kory's trust is simple: ask him to show you a trick! Nothing makes him happier than performing for a kind friend, and it’s the perfect way to help him feel comfortable. Once Kory decides you’re a safe person, he becomes a full-on cuddle bug who loves affection and will happily curl up right in your lap. Outdoors, Kory is energetic, excited, and always ready for an adventure. Inside, he’s your affectionate shadow. If you’re looking for a loyal, intelligent, enthusiastic companion with a heart of gold, Kory can’t wait to meet you. Story
Meet Dolores, a senior tripod girl with a huge heart, a joyful spirit, and so much love to give. Dolores is a truly special dog who has embraced life with resilience and enthusiasm. Dolores would likely thrive in a home with fewer stairs and a backyard where she can stretch her legs and enjoy some good runs — because despite being a tripod, she still has plenty of energy and absolutely loves being outside. Snow, water, fresh air, and movement are some of her favorite things, and she tackles them all with happiness and confidence. She is an incredibly sweet, affectionate dog who lives for attention. Dolores will gently whine, lean in close, and even breathe right in your face to politely (and persistently) ask for pets. She’s very gentle, has done well with kids, and would love to have another dog around for companionship. Dolores is housetrained, very quiet in the home, and non-destructive — though she does have one harmless vice: stealing a single sock and proudly claiming it as her own. She also loves having a designated space and predictable routines, which help her feel safe and settled. She’s lived in a home with cats before and didn’t interact with them directly, but she seemed mostly uninterested. Other favorite things include being brushed, car rides, cat toys, and yes — sneaking a drink from the toilet when given the chance. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate senior with personality, joy, and a whole lot of heart, Dolores would love to meet you. Visit the Best Friends Lifesaving Center in Salt Lake City or email utahadoptions@bestfriends.org to meet her.
