Story
Meet Roxanne! This sweet cattle dog mix is such a cuddle bug! At just four months old, she is already keeping her indoor area clean and goes outside to potty. Roxanne does well with other dogs and cats and loves attention. At this time, she is not a fan of being crated but does well outside of her crate. Roxanne’s current foster says she is absolutely precious and she could just hold her all day long. If this sounds like the pup for you, please complete an application at https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635 Once the application is approved, a FaceTime will be set up for a virtual meet and greet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Transports leave every week alternating between the NE and the Great Lakes. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. TALULAH IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED!   Talulah is a 1.5-year-old sweetheart weighing 28 pounds. She may be a bit reserved at first, but she warms up quickly and forms strong bonds with her people. This lovely girl gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, and she enjoys spending time with children—especially older kids who understand her fun herding instincts. Talulah’s favorite pastimes include playing fetch and romping around with her foster siblings of all shapes and sizes. Talulah is eager to find a family of her own and would make a loving, playful, and loyal companion. She can’t wait to meet you! She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA. She always upbeat and carries a smile on her face. Besides her looks, Juniper is also a very smart, trainable girl. The sky is the limit for her. She’s eager to learn. She’s also pretty athletic so she would be a great running companion. Or maybe you’ve always wanted to try dog sports like agility. Juniper would be perfect! And best of all, Juniper has a very sweet disposition with every person she meets. She craves attention from her people and will be a loyal companion for years to come! She would be perfectly content being an only dog or possibly one other canine companion that suits her fancy. She's doggy selective, and would need a little time to warm up to a new BFF once they know she's in charge of the playtime antics. Juniper is a year or two old, 40-45 lb.
