Meet Roxanne! This sweet cattle dog mix is such a cuddle bug! At just four months old, she is already keeping her indoor area clean and goes outside to potty. Roxanne does well with other dogs and cats and loves attention. At this time, she is not a fan of being crated but does well outside of her crate. Roxanne’s current foster says she is absolutely precious and she could just hold her all day long. If this sounds like the pup for you, please complete an application at https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635 Once the application is approved, a FaceTime will be set up for a virtual meet and greet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Transports leave every week alternating between the NE and the Great Lakes. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. TALULAH IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED!   Talulah is a 1.5-year-old sweetheart weighing 28 pounds. She may be a bit reserved at first, but she warms up quickly and forms strong bonds with her people. This lovely girl gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, and she enjoys spending time with children—especially older kids who understand her fun herding instincts. Talulah’s favorite pastimes include playing fetch and romping around with her foster siblings of all shapes and sizes. Talulah is eager to find a family of her own and would make a loving, playful, and loyal companion. She can’t wait to meet you! She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA. Max s a fun loving pup with typical puppy energy and curiosity. He loves chewing on toys, blankets, shoes and toes but responds well when directed not to. He sleeps in a crate with no signs of anxiety. He has not had any accidents in the crate and only a few accidents in the house if not taken out frequently. Meal time is his favorite time of the day. He does bark at people and dogs from a distance when outside. Inside, he has been friendly to all guests, although a large crowd understandably makes him quiet and shy. He is curious towards cats but has only met one outside, not inside. We think he will be a high energy adult who needs pace to run and explore outside.

This handsome fellow and his siblings came in to rescue last winter after they were dumped on a back country road. Their mother was found deceased, so we took the puppies in to try to save them. They were very sick initially but are very healthy now. Big boy is a gentle boy but does love to run and play with other dogs. Big boy was the largest of the puppies, but his siblings have caught up to him. He has done amazing with his house and crate training. He is so deserving of a wonderful home to call his own. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions.
