YENCI IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED!    Yenci (wife calls her Yanci)(fancy Yanci) she’s approximately 1.5 years old, weighs around 45 pounds, and is a border collie, sheep “cattle dog” mix. She is high energy, inquisitive, plays hard, and would love to be amongst an active family that includes her in their activities and fun! She loves toys and playing fetch with a ball (and can never have enough as she will fetch a ball until you get tired) and tug-of-war.  And she’s so fun to watch when she gets the zoomies!  She plays very well with other dogs her size or larger who also play hard. Yenci can by very protective of her people once she gets acclimated she may not the best around younger kids as she might be too rough with them or knock them down. She is kennel trained, responds to taught commands, housebroken, and walks well on a leash (she loves her walks)!  At night, she is happiest to be in the same room with her people to sleep and she will sleep through the night! She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all dog vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Yenci up north to her new family. Story
Taffie is a sweet, energetic girl. I acquired her as a puppy from herding lines and envisioned that she would make a good herding dog for my sheep production farm. She is registered and comes from impressive working blood lines. But, Taffie isn't interested in working sheep. She is playful and minds well. She will make an excellent pet for an energetic home (example a runner that would like a running partner). She is spayed, veterinarian health certification, crate trained, is very comfortable sleeping in a crate but also likes outside activities. She is not aggressive or guarded. My other working dogs get along fine with her. It's time that she goes to a pet home that can devote time and attention to her. Prospective homes must have a fenced area for her and an active life style. Looking for homes in the central Virginia area. Prefer a home that does not have cats or young children (Taffie will try to herd them). Would like her to be the only dog in the household.

Story
Meet Harley! Harley is a 25–30 pound Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for adventure. This one year old little girl is true to her herding breed roots, she’s incredibly smart, alert, and always ready for a job—whether that’s showing off her natural herding instincts or keeping up with you on outdoor adventures. One of Harley’s absolute favorite things is swimming. If there’s water nearby, she’s in it! She would thrive in an active home that enjoys hiking, exploring, or spending time outdoors. She’s the kind of dog who will happily be your sidekick wherever you go. Harley gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion to play with. However, due to her strong prey drive, she would do best in a home without small animals like cats or rabbits. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic, and fun-loving companion who’s always ready for the next adventure, Harley might just be your perfect match. Harley is being fostered in MS but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road! We look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to answer any questions about her that you may have!

Story
Meet Katie — a 6-month-old possible Border Collie mix with puppy energy, a sweet soul, and a playful personality that keeps life fun. At around 30 pounds, she’s the perfect size for adventures, couch cuddles, and supervising the household full-time. Katie was found tied to a tree in a busy area, but despite her rough start, she’s remained incredibly loving and gentle. She can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once she knows she’s safe, she turns into a total affection addict who wants nonstop pets and attention. She loves chew toys, gets along great with other dogs and cats, and has fully embraced her self-appointed role of “cat herding specialist.” Katie is also doing wonderfully with crate training and is already showing how smart and eager to learn she is. Katie is looking for a patient, loving family who will continue helping her build confidence and give her the happy ending she deserves. In return, she’ll provide endless laughs, loyal companionship, and plenty of puppy entertainment.

Story
Zay was found stray wandering around an elementary school in Mendota, CA at approximately 8 weeks old... getting a jump start on her education. She was transported to us, and has become a definite favorite. While she is adored by many, she has yet to find the perfect home. She is high energy and has a habit of jumping and punching you right where it hurts. We cannot stress enough how much she LOVES everyone and everything, but she is still learning that not everyone loves her. She is simply too much for some. Despite being intense, she does submit to other dogs when they put her in her place. Zayna Insane-uh (her nickname) is looking for an active home with another dog who can keep up with her. On the flip-side, she also loves snuggles when she's worn out. She is crate trained. Loves: MUD water toys (any, but stuffies might be the fave!) benebones, kongs, or pupsicles anything with a pulse running FULL SPEED punching your private parts breweries Hates: four feet on the floor anything too clean or tidy slow walkers

These pups are in Harrisonburg, Virginia too!
