Story
Marley is a beautiful Coon Hound mix who has previously lived in a family with 3 children, 17, 8, and 2 years old). She was on the ACC Urgent list because she missed her family so, and was so frightened to find herself there. Marley is a great dog with a wonderfully mild temperament. She is an affectionate, social, active, playful girl who also can be lazy and a couch potato. She is housebroken and friendly and outgoing around familiar dogs. Marley bonds quickly and likes to spend her time where people are. Her prior owners say that their favorite thing about her is ..."Marley is so loving and affectionate. The sweetest and cuddliest dog ever. She is also incredibly smart and has taught herself how to open doors. But overall, she is just so cuddly and loving”. Marley’s favorite things include bones and her Kong. She is easy to care for…She's fine being bathed, brushed and having her nails trimmed. She is very food motivated and loves treats, which makes her easy to train. Marley is very easy to fall in love with. She is gorgeous, sweet, kind and loving, and when she looks at you with those soft brown eyes… well…come see for yourself. Be sure to complete an application on line and come to our Meet & Greet Saturday 11:30-1:30. If you are interested in this dog, please submit an application directly to our website at www.ny-petrescue.org. Only applications submitted directly to Petrescue will be considered.
