QUICK FACTS Name: Minky Age: About 1.5 Years Old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Corgi – Dachshund Mix Color: White and Brown Weight: 5kg / 11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY Life wasn’t always easy for me. While I was pregnant, I suffered from a very severe skin condition. Because I was caring for my babies, I couldn’t receive the medication I needed, so I bravely got through it with special medicated baths and lots of care. I gave birth to two puppies. Sadly, one of my babies passed away unexpectedly, but the other found a loving home through adoption. Once my motherly duties were complete, I was finally able to focus on healing, and today my skin has made a full recovery. Now, with my difficult days behind me, I’m healthy, hopeful, and ready for a fresh start. I can’t wait to find a family who will love me as much as I’ll love them.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m a very gentle little girl who is calm, quiet, and easy to be around. I don’t really “act out” or get overly excited—I’m usually just softly sitting nearby, observing and feeling safe in my space. While I may not be overly energetic or dramatic in showing affection, I truly love people. I feel happiest when I’m being held or close to someone I trust, and I’ll often try to stay in your arms or right in your lap as much as I can. I’m the type who quietly leans into love once I know I’m safe with you. People often say I’m incredibly pretty and sweet, and there’s something extra adorable about how short and delicate I look when I stand. Even though I may seem a bit shy at first, I warm up quickly and become a true “lap dog” who just wants to be close to my person. I even trust enough now to show my belly sometimes, which is my way of saying I feel safe and happy. With patience and love, I grow quickly into a deeply affectionate little companion who simply wants to be near someone who cares.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I may be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly—especially when treats are involved. Once I feel comfortable, I happily accept gentle touch and enjoy interacting with people. I am also comfortable enough to show my belly to people I am meeting for the first time, reflecting my trusting and relaxed nature once I feel at ease. I can be safely picked up when supported under my belly. I have not had the opportunity to meet children under 13 years old, so my behavior around young children is unknown. · With Dogs: I enjoy calmly greeting unfamiliar dogs when I meet them, taking the time to acknowledge them in a polite and friendly way, even if I don’t usually engage in play.   · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I enjoy outdoor activities and after spending time outside, I am happy to settle down and rest calmly. I am currently in training for walking on leash, and I am learning how to enjoy walks in a steady and controlled way.   TRAINING & HABITS I do not guard my food and am relaxed and comfortable around both people and other dogs when eating. I rarely bark and tend to stay quiet in most situations. I am calm and well-behaved when placed in a kennel or crate. I am potty-trained for both indoor pee pads and outdoor bathroom breaks.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES    MINKY'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.co ##2756932##

Story
Hi future family, My name is Haeram, and I’m a 5-month-old Welsh Corgi × Jindo mix boy weighing around 8kg. I have short little legs, fluffy soft fur, and a bright happy smile that makes people laugh without even realizing it. Everywhere I go, people tell me how cute and cheerful I look! Before I was rescued, my sister and I were wandering around country roads together. We were still very young, and it was a dangerous place for puppies to grow up. Thankfully, kind people rescued us before anything bad happened, and now I’m safe, healthy, and waiting for my forever family. I really love people. Even when I meet someone for the first time, I usually walk over happily to say hello because I enjoy attention and affection so much. I also get along very well with other dogs, so I could fit nicely into a home with another furry sibling too. Even though I’m still just a puppy, I’m already trying my best to learn! My potty training success rate is very high, and I already know some basic commands like “sit,” “paw,” and “come.” I enjoy walks and love spending time doing activities with people. Being together makes me happiest. But I’m still only five months old. That means I’m still learning about the world every single day. When I move into a new home, I may feel nervous at first. I could make little potty mistakes while adjusting, or I might chew things and get playful because I’m curious about everything around me. Those aren’t “bad behaviors” — they’re simply part of growing up as a puppy. I’ll need time to learn your family’s routines, house rules, walking paths, and how to feel comfortable when left alone. If you guide me patiently and kindly, I promise I’ll learn quickly and grow into an amazing companion. I really love connecting with people, and I respond very well to praise and positive training. If we spend time walking, playing, learning, and building trust together, I know I’ll soon become a true member of your family. I may not be a “finished” dog yet, but that also means we can grow together. For a family who wants to experience the joy of raising a puppy, watching me learn new things, and making beautiful memories together, I know I could become a very special companion. I can already imagine myself following you around the house on my tiny little legs, wagging my tail, and being part of your everyday life. I’m waiting for the family who will walk beside me, grow with me, and love me forever. Love, Haeram 🐾

When rescuers learned about us, they wanted to save our whole family. Sadly, my mom couldn't leave, but they were able to bring my siblings and I to safety. Because of that second chance, I'm now safe and dreaming of a bright future. My journey may have started with uncertainty, but it's filled with hope now—and I'm waiting for a foster or forever family to help me write the happiest chapter yet.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m a gentle little soul with a sweet and calm personality. At first, I might be a bit shy when meeting new people, but I don’t stay that way for long—once I feel comfortable, I quickly warm up and show my affectionate, loving side. I really enjoy being close to people and I’m quite affectionate, often showing my cute personality once I trust you. I also have a calm energy level for my age, and I tend to bring a peaceful, quiet presence wherever I go. I don’t think anyone has really heard me bark much at all. People often say I’m incredibly cute, with a bit of a corgi-like charm that makes me stand out in the sweetest way. With a little patience and love, I’ll blossom into a very affectionate companion who loves being close and sharing quiet, happy moments together.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be a little shy when meeting someone new, but a tasty treat is the fastest way to my heart! Story
QUICK FACTS Name: Sura Age: Around 4 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Corgi mix Color: Brown, White Weight: 13kg / 28.8lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from the euthanasia list at a crowded city pound, where my future became uncertain simply because there was no more space. I’m not sure how I ended up there all alone, but thankfully kind rescuers stepped in just in time and gave me a second chance at life. Now, I’m finally safe and hoping to leave those difficult memories behind as I search for a loving forever family who will cherish me and never let me feel alone again.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m a super friendly boy who truly loves everyone I meet. I bond quickly with people, even strangers, and naturally enjoy being around humans and receiving attention and affection. I’m also a very smart boy who learns commands quickly — I already know how to sit and give paw! I carry many classic corgi characteristics, from my personality to my adorable looks, so if you’re a corgi lover, I may just be your perfect match. And don’t let my short legs fool you — I’m surprisingly athletic and agile! I can jump incredibly high and have even managed to jump over a 1-meter fence before. I’m a clever and capable little guy with lots of personality packed into a compact body.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I absolutely love people and happily soak up pets and affection from everyone I meet. Once I feel comfortable, I love showing my belly and leaning in for even more love and attention. I also allow myself to be picked up and handled easily. During my profile photoshoot, I charmed everyone by rolling over for belly rubs, pets, and attention the entire time. Being around people truly makes me happiest. · With Dogs: I get along well with the dogs at the care facility and really enjoy being around my dog friends. When I first see other dogs, I can get very excited and may try to run over to greet them right away, but I’m learning how to manage my excitement and become calmer during introductions. I generally tend to get along best with dogs of a similar size or smaller, and with continued guidance and structure, I continue improving my social manners every day. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit. I like to chase small animals (e.g. squirrels & birds) during my walk so I will do best in a home with no small animals.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring, and having fun, but once I’ve had my activity and excitement, I’m more than happy to come inside and relax comfortably indoors.   TRAINING & HABITS I walk well on leash and follow my handler’s lead nicely during walks. I have excellent manners around food and don’t guard my meals from people or other dogs. I’m also a very quiet boy overall and rarely bark. I know how to rest calmly and quietly in my kennel when it’s time to settle down. I currently prefer doing my business outdoors with a consistent potty routine, and I’m also comfortable getting on and off the car by myself.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES Volunteers and staff sometimes joke that they should rename me “Gentleman” because I’m truly such a sweet little gentleman at heart. I’m friendly, affectionate, well-mannered, and always happy to be around people and soak up attention. I have a bubbly and cheerful personality that makes people smile easily, and I bond very well with humans. Whether it’s going on adventures outdoors or relaxing together at home, I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my people. If you’ve been looking for a sweet, loving, and personality-filled corgi boy to brighten your days, I may just be the perfect match for you.   SURA'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.co ##2741114##
