Filling out an application from our web site at www.caninecastaways.org is the first step in adopting a new furry family member.We are only considering applications in our local area - 1 hour or less from Arcadia FL - see below for more info. You must live in a single family home in order to be considered - puppies of this age cannot be in grassy or common areas where any other unknown dogs have been so places like condos, apartments, villa homes, etc. are not options. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Kenzie is a tiny Chihuahua puppy, but she already carries herself like she's the biggest dog in the room. Born to her sweet mama, Patty, Kenzie is definitely her mothers mini-me. From her looks to her confident personality, its easy to see where she gets her charm. As for Dad... well, he remains one of rescues greatest unsolved mysteries! Kenzie may be little, but nobody has told her that. She's a leader, not a follower, and approaches life with confidence, curiosity, and just the right amount of puppy sass. Whether she's exploring something new or keeping up with her brother, Mac, Kenzie is always ready to take charge of the adventure. Like any puppy, she's busy learning about the world one tiny paw at a time. Shell need a family that's ready to provide patience, guidance, and plenty of love as she grows. If you're looking for a puppy with a big personality packed into a very small package, Kenzie just might be your perfect match. She may only weigh a few pounds now, but she's already filling hearts wherever she goes. Note: since we are not 100% sure on who the father is we cannot guarantee what size the puppies will be as adults. If size or weight restrictions are an issue then this may not be a good fit. We do our best to try to figure out what breed mix is in the puppies but we can't be sure. We are only considering homes in our local area - 1 hour or less from Arcadia FL. If you have adopted from us before and are slightly out of that area, please contact us directly and we can discuss it. The puppies are too young to be spayed/neutered yet and still need a few more rounds of vaccines as well as to be spayed or neutered.. All vaccines and spay/neuter surgery will be done at our vet's office in Arcadia so you must be willing to bring them to their appointments in order to be considered for adoption.
