Marcie is a sweet, well-mannered girl who's ready to find her forever home. She warms up quickly to new people and thrives on attention and affection. This sunshine-loving pup would be happy in a home with a secure, fenced-in backyard where she can spend time soaking up the rays. We believe that Marcie would also do best in a home with another dog to help show her the ropes and keep her company. She is not a fan of feline friends, so no cats, please! Marcie is smart and loves to show off her tricks! She's mastered "sit," "wait," "down," "off" (great for encouraging her off the couch), "come," "bang" (for a fun play-dead trick), "kiss" (for sweet puppy kisses on your cheek), "walk away," and "on-me" (to get her attention). Her fosters would be happy to share the hand gestures that go along with these commands to ensure a smooth transition into her forever home.
