TRIXIE came to our rescue with two other siblings from a Texas kill shelter. Her mom is a dachshund mix and we do not know what breed dad is but we think it is a Jack Russell terrier mix. She has the spots of a Dalmatian and a left eye "patch." How cute can this be? Trixie is so precious and a sheer delight to foster. She is smart, loyal, and affectionate. Loves to play fetch. She will scratch my leg to tell me to throw her another toy. What is unusual for this puppy is that she waits to go outside before doing her "stuff." She loves my grassy backyard and tries to chase a squirrel or two. But she also loves being inside and laying close to me. Gives great kisses too with her puppy breath. She passed crate training at night time only, as she doesn't whine at all. If I have room for another dog, I will personally adopt her. Trust me, she is unbelievably great!! We prefer homes with a secure fence and children over 5 years. Trixie may not be posted on our website yet but message us if you are interested in adopting her. The $350 adoption fee covers the vet exam, age-appropriate vaccines, medication, microchip, and a future spay.

Antonio was found as a stray and suffered multiple fractures which has left him paralyzed in his hind legs. Fortunately, this does not slow him down at all! Vets have cleared him medically! We understand caring for a paralyzed dog may seem daunting but Antonio has a wonderful routine and we will help you every step of the way! Caring for a paralyzed dog forms such an amazing bond and Antonio deserves to know that love and so do you! He LOVES other dogs and do better going home with one to burn some energy.
