Story
Howdy, I am Callum! Fully big boy potty trained ✔️ Sleeps through the night in his crate✔️ Learning the kids are pretty cool and no longer barks at them for coming down stairs✔️ He is 17 pounds and 7months old! He is all the pupoy fun with none if the puppy hassle! He would do great in a home with other dogs or as the only royal chi to soak up all the love. He wants a chill home with a comfy lap to snuggle! I’m mostly legs! I’m still growing into them! Before I came into rescue, my mama, my siblings, and I were trying to survive on our own in South Texas. Life was pretty scary, and one of my siblings even fell into a drain! Thankfully, some wonderful people, including the fire department, came to the rescue and made sure every single one of us made it out safely. Now we’re all safe, loved, and learning what it means to just be puppies. As for me, I’m having a blast! I live with dogs of all sizes and ages, and I get along with everyone. I’m also cat-approved! I love toys and think they all belong on the floor, so I make sure to pull every single one out. If nobody wants to play, that’s okay cause I’m perfectly happy entertaining myself. I’m working hard on my potty training and doing really well. I always use my puppy pads, and when I need to go outside, I’ll head right to the door to let you know. I love being outside and soaking up the sunshine with my dog friends. Sunbathing is one of my favorite activities. I’m not the clingy type, but when I get sleepy, I do enjoy curling up next to you or sitting in your lap. I know how to sit for food and treats, and everyone says I’m such a good listener. I think they’re right! Mostly, I’m just a happy boy looking for a family to love. I’ve come a long way from surviving to thriving, and I can’t wait to find my forever home. Love, Callum ❤️

Story
Meet Chicken Nugget, a 5-year-old neutered male Dachshund/Pit Bull mix weighing around 30 pounds. He has a reddish coat, a permanent smile, and one very unique look! He’s a smaller-stature dog with a bigger head, giving him an adorable, one-of-a-kind appearance that is guaranteed to make you look twice.Chicken Nugget is a happy, affectionate guy who loves spending time with his people. He’s a total cuddle bug, enjoys going for walks, and does great on a leash. He also loves rolling around in the grass and soaking up all the attention he can get. If you really want to win him over, beef jerky treats are definitely the way to his heart! He appears to be dog friendly, although a meet and greet with any potential canine siblings will be required. Chicken Nugget can also be a little talkative at times, so he would probably be happiest in a house with a fenced-in backyard where he can play, explore, and have plenty of room to be himself. With his goofy proportions, big smile, affectionate personality, and compact 30-pound size, Chicken Nugget is truly a unique little fella looking for a family to call his own!

Story
Sloan is ready to find her forever home! Sloan is a 7 1/2 year old, 18 lb, Patterdale Terrier/Dachshund/Corgi/Border Terrier/Beagle mix. She is as sweet as she is adorable. Sloan is an easy-going social girl who gets along with other dogs, but she can she can display some resource guarding over food and her person at times so she will need an owner who is a strong pack leader if there is another dog in the home. She is an affectionate girl, but does prefer women. One of her favorite parts of the day is snuggling up in bed next to her foster mom when it is nighttime, so she needs someone who will allow her to continue sleeping in bed with them. Because she prefers a more low-key environment, she is looking for a home with no children under ten years old. She can be vocal with strange noises, so no apartments please. If you are interesting in adopting Sloan, please apply at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home check *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##571035##

Story
Coco came into our home a couple of weeks ago from someone that had found her. She is great with other dogs but not good with cats. We believe she is a pit bull daschund mix. She's a very sweet pup who needs a lot of attention. She is crate trained and potty trained. She's very quiet and never barks or whines. Coco is an absolute love bug but we're unable to keep her as we were told shes good with cats but is not. Looking for a good home that will give Coco all the love and attention she deserves.
