Story
Lucy (golden) and Jezebel (doxie) are a bonded pair who need temporary foster care (until approximately June 2025) as their owner is currently in physcial rehabilitation after a stroke. They are not up for adoption, but do need a foster home. Copilot Animal Rescue will provide food and medical care for the dogs. A foster home will need to have all other pets fixed and a fenced yard. These are sweet girls who are dog friendly but will need the safety of a temporary foster home. Fosters must be in the North Texas/Southern Oklahoma area so the owner and rescue can visit.  ##2314387##

Story
Meet Milo, a spirited 11-year-old long-haired dachshund with a big personality packed into a small, fluffy body! Milo is adventurous, full of spunk, and loves to "chat" with his people — he’s got plenty to say and is always ready to share his opinions. Milo wears a belly band due to some marking behavior, and he's had urinary crystals in the past, which are now well-managed with a prescription diet. He also has a history of IVDD, so he’ll do best in a home with older children and dogs similar in size — no roughhousing, please! If you’re looking for a small dog with a big attitude, a love of life, and a heart full of charm, Milo is ready to be your next great adventure buddy. Health: History of urinary crystals (managed with prescription food) and IVDD Good with: Older kids, small/low-impact dogs Needs: Home mindful of his back health, prescription diet, belly band use
