I adopted Emmylou from the Williamson County Animal Shelter three years ago. She’s a four year old Dauschund mix, perhaps mixed with Beagle. She’s a cuddly girl. She’s accustomed to being right by my side, awake and sleeping. She’s happiest that way. She certainly has her playful and active side, but she’s largely into snuggles. I found out when she had her first vet visit that she was pregnant with a litter of pups when I adopted her. Unknown or unrelayed to me. They took care of it when they spayed her and neglected to tell me then. My vet informed me when they received those records. Not sure if that matters, but it is part of her health history. I need to rehome Emmylou because I moved into a third floor condo two years ago. It’s been really hard on her. We’ve had four incidents with a strained back in those two years. It’s painful and difficult for her. She needs a home on a first floor. A yard would be great too.
