Story
# 🐾 Hi there, I'm Heuk-dang! 🐾 Hey, you! Yes, you looking for a loyal friend. I'm Heuk-dang, a 6-year-old dachshund/Corgi mix with a sleek black coat. I weigh a perfect 10 kg – just enough for a good cuddle but still fit for all our adventures together. ## My Backstory 🏠 My journey began when I was rescued from a shelter, just moments before it was too late. Now I'm ready to find a forever home where I can share all the love I've got stored up. ## A Peek Into My Personality 🐶 I'm a bit on the shy side, but don't let that fool you. Offer me a snack, and I'll be your buddy in no time, showing you my belly for some rubs. I'm not much for the rough-and-tumble play with other dogs; I prefer the company of my human pals. Cats? They're cool, but I'm more about the people in my life. ## My Likes and Dislikes 🎾🛌 I enjoy a good stroll and am a pro at walking nicely beside you, leash or no leash. After some fun outside, I'm all about that chill life, resting quietly by your side. I'm not one to guard my food – I believe in sharing the love (and the kibble). ## My Dream Home 🏡💤 I'm looking for a calm household that appreciates a laid-back companion. I'd love to be your shadow, your quiet confidant, and your gentle friend. If you've got a soft spot for a sweet soul who's all about peaceful vibes, I'm your guy. **Gentle tail wags and hopeful eyes,** Heuk-dang 🐕🖤 For more videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIsLTtIpe3JzudtALP61IyP6sftvigyKj

With his adorable physique – a small dog with a long body and short legs – he's ready for all sorts of adventures, especially outdoor romps and leisurely walks. This affectionate boy is a cuddle enthusiast who adores attention from both humans and other furry pals. If you're looking for a charming companion who's always up for a snuggle session or a playdate, Capybara is your guy! He is nuetured and up-to-date on all vaccinations. The adoption fee is $550. Story
It wasn’t the plan but it's absolute perfection that Abbie rhymes with happy. This girl is still on the young side, not quiet a puppy, far from being and adult but she sure knows a thing or two. Her current specialty is knowing how to perfectly sit at your feet, make you smile and then fill you up with love. Her happy-go-lucky way is so contagious! With rescue we are often left guessing a dogs age and breed, and that is true with Abbie. We believe she is about 8 months old and is some sort of hound/bully mix. She currently weighs 50lbs and still has some growing to do so you can expect her to grow into a medium/large dog. Every ounce of her is ready for the good life, one with you at the end of her leash, going on hikes, greeting all the people with her. happy face and then heading home for an all our love and cuddle session. Before you fall in love, she does want you to know, her love of stuffies/plushies is real and will be coming with her into adulthood. As long as you are supportive and encouraging of this, she will be the best girl and when you are not available for snuggles she will simply snuggle a love until you are free. We would love to see Abbie in a home with a yard given her youthful energy and love of play. She gets along well with other dogs and absolutely gravitates to the playful ones but truthfully, her love tank could easily be filled by the love of her people. She is a social girl so when you have parties, be ready for all your guests to be enamored with Abbie as she works the room and looks adoringly at each of them. If you have a cat, Abbie promises to be respectful and take it slow. When she met our house cat Tom she was respectfully fearful of him and when she did work up the courage, she retreated quickly when he gave her a swat. We feel confident that she could live harmoniously with a feline friend. Abbie is young and will need continued work on her leash skills and crate training but her attentiveness and desire to please will make training and obedience a breeze. Consistency, a handful of treats and your adoring praise will have this girl ready for anything. Adopt Abbie and get started on those party tricks and making all the best memories together! This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.
