Pongo is just about a year old. He was rescued from a shelter and was living with a couple who split up and moved to a place where they cannot keep him. They describe him as a lovebug, velcro, and has a huge heart. He is cuddly, playful and strong. He does well on walks and can learn to be friends with dogs (he take a moment to warm up).

Baby Banjo is wondering why all the other puppies were adopted but him? He's just a sweet and as cute as the whole litter he came from, but for some reason he didn't get the luck the others found. This adorable little boy has been through a lot and is still the sweetest little soul, he gets very nervous around loud sounds and crazy activity. He just wants to please people and be loved....and play...and go for walks and hikes! He LOVES to play w/the other dogs in his foster home, so much so that we are making it a requirement that he goes to a home w/a playful dog for him. He plays excellent with dogs smaller than him, man can he move! He hasn't had much experience w/dogs bigger except one that he grew up with. His life has been full of sorrow (saved from a hoarder house to be put in outside kennels the first part of his life) and he's SO ready to find a loving home that helps him learn that everything is going to be okay. He would do best in a calm home that has a yard and another dog for him to play with. He loves to go for walks and hikes, but would not like to go to the dog park. A single adult or couple with a chill lifestyle, not a lot of activity (he's used to a lot of dogs) If a home has children, it would be best of they are older as he gets startled easily. Baloo is a 2.5-year-old Dalmatian mix who is very smart, and VERY goofy. He is an intense sniffer, preferring to spend most of his time with his nose glued to the ground, and if you're not careful he'll wander off while following his nose. He also has a nervous disposition, particularly in new situations, so when Baloo encounters new places or new people/dogs, he prefers to sniff everything out until he is comfortable before breaking out his charming personality. , While Baloo can be very selective with his friends, particularly his dog friends, once he has gotten to know you and accept you, he's fiercely loyal and incredibly loving. Whenever he sees an unexpected friend (dog or human), his tail wags so hard that his body wiggles all over the place and he can barely walk straight. Baloo also gets the zoomies A LOT (did I mention he has a ton of energy?) so he loves to be outside. However, since Baloo gets really attached to his human/dog friends, he doesn't particularly enjoy being out in the yard on his own. He doesn't usually get separation anxiety (although he can in some situations), and he can be left alone for long periods of time, but he generally prefers to go explore with his group of dogs/humans nearby. While Baloo does exhibit some behaviors that would be cause for concern for certain owners, we believe an experienced owner or an owner that is committed to training/has trained in the past to deal with complex dogs would be able to take great care of him. Ultimately, we love Baloo very much and want the best for him, and we know that he can be the perfect dog for someone looking a dog with a lot of love to give who needs a lot of attention and love in return. PONGO is a lovely 12 month old Dalmatian with lots of energy. He is a strong boy, so is best to walk on a no-pull harness. He may have a little bit of Greyhound in him, given his larger size, as he is 62 pounds. PONGO is very intelligent, protective, is a love bug, has a huge heart, listens to commands, and is cuddly, playful, loyal, and ready to bond. He is house trained and comfortable in a crate for short periods. He is protective and careful, and may bark at new people, but then he wants to be friends. Pongo is dog friendly (as you can see in the photo with his two Dalmatian friends), but needs a few slow introductions before friendship is established. Like some Dalmatians, he can be a little nippy/reactive (no biting at all) when suddenly startled or scared by something. PONGO is healthy, neutered, vaccinated, and current on flea/tick/worm medications. This handsome, smiley, well trained, wigglebutt owner's landlord said they could not have this dog. He is being fostered at Hank's Legacy Foundation. Max, AKA Moo Moo Bear, is a 52 lb neutered male Pitbull Dalmatian. His birthday is 3/3/21. Max is crate trained (but would love to sleep with you if you desire that). He knows the following commands: come, sit, place, stay, paw/shake, off, stop, let’s go out. If you point somewhere, he will go there. He will stand at the door if he has to go. He was raised using a doggie door, but can also be an apt dog that is escorted out. Max loves walks and hikes and just needs to be discouraged from reacting to other dogs. He eats happily when the bowl is placed down. Max is looking for someone to love and protect in a home free of the resource competition of other pets. Someone very lucky will receive a loyal, ready trained, silky coated boy who sleeps curled up in a little ball.
