Story
This is one spectacular puppy! Poor Louis was going to get killed at a shelter because they claimed he had Parvo. At the last minute he was saved and taken to our vet for treatment. It was there that he tested negative and never needed treatment. This is such a kind, sweet and loving boy. So sweet, that God gave him a HeART shaped nose with a little bone shaped marking. He is between 5-6 months old and weighs less than 30 pounds. He will be a perfectly sized medium dog. Great family dog for sure. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Please direct all questions to adopt@crdogrescue.com. All our dogs can be met with an approved application. Thank you for looking at a rescue dog for your next family member.

Story
Hi! My name is Raven and I'm 6 months old! My foster mom rescued me from a backyard breeder who couldn't sell me. Can you imagine?! But I lucked out because now I get to find my PERFECT forever home! I'm very sweet and love going to the park to play with other dogs. I would be a fantastic trail dog for hiking or biking (especially the part about doing fun things with my family!). I'm working on the housetraining thing, but I do know how to "sit" and am fantastic in my crate. I'm also good with kitties. Resting my head on your knee for TV time is also a favorite of mine! I'm just an all-around perfect little girl, don't you think?!

Story
Baloo is a 2.5-year-old Dalmatian mix who is very smart, and VERY goofy. He is an intense sniffer, preferring to spend most of his time with his nose glued to the ground, and if you're not careful he'll wander off while following his nose. He also has a nervous disposition, particularly in new situations, so when Baloo encounters new places or new people/dogs, he prefers to sniff everything out until he is comfortable before breaking out his charming personality. , While Baloo can be very selective with his friends, particularly his dog friends, once he has gotten to know you and accept you, he's fiercely loyal and incredibly loving. Whenever he sees an unexpected friend (dog or human), his tail wags so hard that his body wiggles all over the place and he can barely walk straight. Baloo also gets the zoomies A LOT (did I mention he has a ton of energy?) so he loves to be outside. However, since Baloo gets really attached to his human/dog friends, he doesn't particularly enjoy being out in the yard on his own. He doesn't usually get separation anxiety (although he can in some situations), and he can be left alone for long periods of time, but he generally prefers to go explore with his group of dogs/humans nearby. While Baloo does exhibit some behaviors that would be cause for concern for certain owners, we believe an experienced owner or an owner that is committed to training/has trained in the past to deal with complex dogs would be able to take great care of him. Ultimately, we love Baloo very much and want the best for him, and we know that he can be the perfect dog for someone looking a dog with a lot of love to give who needs a lot of attention and love in return. COH Prince, a regal 3 year old purebred male Dalmatian, sadly surrendered by his owners due to a new landlord policy. This charming canine companion is a social butterfly, loving other dogs, people, and kids alike. Meet Bada🩵 Last June, Bada came to Korean city shelter with broken legs. We rescued him and had him surgery. He recovered very well and became healthy!! He runs around without any problems. :) -People: He loves people so much. He always welcomes people with his bright smile. He likes to be with people but also he enjoys alone time. Never aggressive to people. -Dogs: He reacts to roughhousing so you need to be careful. But much better after getting professional training. -Walk: He's a good walker on a leash. (He doesn’t pull the leash)

Story
We rescued this super sweet 2 year old (as of March 2023) boy and he is looking for his forever home. Like many blue-eyed Dalmatians, Pongo is deaf but that will not stop him from being a wonderful and loving companion. He loves people and dogs and he would love a chance to be a part of your family! Pongo gives great hugs to show affection but he will need an experienced adopter who can give him what he needs to thrive. To find out how to meet this dog please submit an application from our website or email our rescue and adoption center at: adopt@petadoptionfund.org or call (818) 340-1186 For general calls please contact (818) 340-1186.

Story
Just look at this beautiful boy! His life has been horrible, but we are desperately trying to make it better. He NEEDS a foster/adopter/rescue to save him. One of 58 dogs in an overbreeding situation, he's lived outside his whole life and needs to find a home that will love him forever and show him what it's like to be someone's dog/BF. (all other dogs from this location lucky enough to find fosters/rescues/adopters are doing amazing in their new homes!) IF we could find a foster to adopt home for him, he might need a patient or an experienced foster with a dog that has not been on leash before. He is located in Central CA, but can be transported if help is found. PLEASE CONSIDER ADOPTING/FOSTERING OR FOSTERING TO ADOPT COON! HE IS IN A VERY TEMPORARY OUTDOOR KENNEL THAT HE CAN'T STAY AT. THE KENNELS FLOOD IN THE RAIN AND HE CAN NOT BE OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. We made a little video on R'Coon, so you can see him here too... https://www.facebook.com/reel/1055269762377758

Story
Can you imagine being maybe 1 year old and not having a name? :( That was this sweet boys story until just recently. That was unfortunately the reality for this beautiful boy that was living on a horrible property with 58 other dogs. At no fault of his own, he DESPERATELY needs an adopter or foster to adopt home. BUT! There is good news! He is now....drumroll.....MR. JAKE ODIN! He finally has a proper name! He went from a hoarder house, to an outside kennel temp foster and now is in a real foster home (pic of him walking in the grass his first day in a REAL home)! His foster says that ..."He's a happy young boy who has a big heart inside and on his butt lol (his markings) He is as sweet as candy!" His foster mom is shocked at how good he is considering his horrible upbringing. She said in all the years she's been doing rescue (30 years) she has never had an easier transition bringing a new dog into her home. Jake Odin (and Buddy) fit right in w/her dogs. The are all sleeping around the house and using the doggy door. Not one accident inside. Good Boy Jake Odin! There is a photo of him possibly having the first good night sleep in his whole life and another of him cuddling up w/his bestie Buddy. Who also came from the same location and even though we are not saying they need to be adopted together, we wouldn't be mad if someone wanted both of them! Jake Odin is in a foster home in Spring Valley (San Diego area) and can be shown upon approved applications by private appointments. He can be adopted in CA and out of state if adopter is willing to travel to get him!
