Story
HENRY THE FABULOUS!!! HE IS AWESOME!!!! He is so sweet and easy. He loves hiking, playing, snuggling and lounging in a pool! He appears to be a mix of Labrador and Dalmatian, with that type of energy. He is about 7 years young and full of pep and energy and loves to play! He is a darling gentleman. His best friend is a female pup named Malibu Barbie and they are all love. There is not enough room for all his pictures. We are trying to update. He is a medium size and loves to go for walks, hikes, the beach, and give love! He's also VERY DOG FRIENDLY. He absolutely loves life and is great with all dogs! He is gentle enough to keep a cancer dog company. He seems to be nervous around younger kids when they want to get to close or hug him. So we can only say he is best with older teens age 16 to adults to have a great life of fun! He deserves the best home and to be the best friend that he wants to be! Henry is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and micro-chipped. If you are interested in adopting him please fill out an application today. Applications can be found on our website www.LindaBlairWorldheart.org Southern California adoptions only due to home checks. Story
Meet Florence! Florence is a lovable Dalmatian mix with a heart as big as her smile. If her foster family had to describe her in three words, they'd choose loyal, loving, and cuddly—and once you meet her, you'll see why! This affectionate girl loves just about everyone she meets and is ready to make new friends within minutes. Florence thrives on companionship and will happily shower her people with hugs, snuggles, and plenty of kisses. Whether she's cuddling on the couch, taking a well-earned nap, or following you around the house, she simply loves being near her favorite humans. Florence has a high energy level and enjoys staying active. She loves playing with a ball, romping around with her foster dog siblings, and going on long walks. She's also great with kids and gets along well with other dogs, making her a wonderful candidate for an active family. After a fun-filled day, she's more than happy to curl up beside you for some quality cuddle time. Florence is both crate trained and potty trained, and she already knows basic commands like sit and down. She's currently working on her leash manners and can get excited when she sees other dogs on walks, so she'll benefit from continued training and consistency. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with love, laughter, and cuddles, Florence may be the perfect match. Come meet this sweet girl and see how quickly she'll steal your heart!

Story
Baloo is a 2.5-year-old Dalmatian mix who is very smart, and VERY goofy. He is an intense sniffer, preferring to spend most of his time with his nose glued to the ground, and if you're not careful he'll wander off while following his nose. He also has a nervous disposition, particularly in new situations, so when Baloo encounters new places or new people/dogs, he prefers to sniff everything out until he is comfortable before breaking out his charming personality. , While Baloo can be very selective with his friends, particularly his dog friends, once he has gotten to know you and accept you, he's fiercely loyal and incredibly loving. Whenever he sees an unexpected friend (dog or human), his tail wags so hard that his body wiggles all over the place and he can barely walk straight. Baloo also gets the zoomies A LOT (did I mention he has a ton of energy?) so he loves to be outside. However, since Baloo gets really attached to his human/dog friends, he doesn't particularly enjoy being out in the yard on his own. He doesn't usually get separation anxiety (although he can in some situations), and he can be left alone for long periods of time, but he generally prefers to go explore with his group of dogs/humans nearby. While Baloo does exhibit some behaviors that would be cause for concern for certain owners, we believe an experienced owner or an owner that is committed to training/has trained in the past to deal with complex dogs would be able to take great care of him. Ultimately, we love Baloo very much and want the best for him, and we know that he can be the perfect dog for someone looking a dog with a lot of love to give who needs a lot of attention and love in return. Story
PONGO is a lovely 12 month old Dalmatian with lots of energy. He is a strong boy, so is best to walk on a no-pull harness. He may have a little bit of Greyhound in him, given his larger size, as he is 62 pounds. PONGO is very intelligent, protective, is a love bug, has a huge heart, listens to commands, and is cuddly, playful, loyal, and ready to bond. He is house trained and comfortable in a crate for short periods. He is protective and careful, and may bark at new people, but then he wants to be friends. Pongo is dog friendly (as you can see in the photo with his two Dalmatian friends), but needs a few slow introductions before friendship is established. Like some Dalmatians, he can be a little nippy/reactive (no biting at all) when suddenly startled or scared by something. PONGO is healthy, neutered, vaccinated, and current on flea/tick/worm medications. Story
Meet Oreo – A Loving Dalmatian Looking for Her Forever Family    Name: Oreo Age: 2 years Sex: Spayed Female Breed: Dalmatian Weight: 19 kg (42 lbs) Height: 55 cm (22 in)   Rescue Story   Oreo was brought to a municipal shelter with numerous wounds covering her body, and sadly, part of her tail had become necrotic due to untreated injuries. Despite everything she has been through, she has never lost her love for people and continues to greet the world with an incredibly happy heart.    Personality with People   If you’re looking for a dog who absolutely adores people, Oreo is your girl.   She loves everyone—family, friends, and complete strangers alike. She happily walks up to new people, leans against them for affection, squeezes between their legs for cuddles, and often asks to be hugged even during a first meeting. She loves both men and women and is so trusting that she’ll happily roll over to show her belly to someone she’s just met.   She can easily be picked up by placing an arm under her belly and is always eager to receive love and attention.    Dog Social Skills   Oreo is extremely social with other dogs and is always excited to make new friends. She eagerly approaches unfamiliar dogs to say hello and invite them to play.   The only catch? She doesn’t always realize when another dog isn’t interested!   Smaller dogs, in particular, sometimes find her enthusiasm overwhelming, but Oreo simply keeps trying to convince them to join the fun. If another dog won’t play with her, she’ll often bark as if saying, “Come on, let’s play!”   She has no aggression toward other dogs and tends to avoid conflict even if another dog challenges her. She generally gets along best with dogs of similar size who enjoy active play, and she especially loves energetic playmates who are happy to wrestle and run around together.    Cats   When Oreo sees cats during walks, she watches them out of curiosity but follows her handler without issue when redirected.    Energy Level   Oreo has a moderate energy level, but as a Dalmatian, she’ll thrive with an active family that can provide regular exercise and mental enrichment.   She enjoys walks, running, and outdoor adventures, but once she’s had enough activity, she settles down nicely indoors and enjoys long naps.   Oreo is genetically deaf, which is not uncommon in Dalmatians. She has adapted well to her condition and lives a happy, confident life. In fact, because she can’t hear surrounding noises, she’s quite a sound sleeper!   Her future family should be willing to communicate through visual cues, hand signals, and consistent routines.    Walking   Oreo is an experienced walker who generally stays with her handler without excessive pulling. She may occasionally pull toward something that catches her interest, but she remains manageable and responsive.   She also loves to run and would enjoy an active lifestyle.    Additional Information   Very food motivated but does not guard food from people or other dogs. Vocal when she wants to play with other dogs that won’t include her. May bark to ask for attention when she wants to reach people but is blocked by a door or barrier. Rides quietly in a kennel, although she may bark if she sees people and wants to come out. Currently potty trained for outdoor elimination.   Oreo’s joyful personality is truly infectious. She has an enormous heart, loves everyone she meets, and simply wants to be included in whatever her people are doing. She would be a wonderful companion for an active family that appreciates an affectionate, playful, and incredibly loving dog.   Could Oreo be the missing spot in your family? Story
Looking for a handsome gentleman ready to be your cozy couch companion; Meet Max!  This cutie Dalmatian mix is the ultimate triple threat: smart, silly, and sweet. At the perfect size for both adventures and cuddles, Max is house-trained, well-mannered, and a total pro at "crate life"—he absolutely loves his cozy sanctuary! Why you’ll fall in love with Max: Social : He enjoys the company of other dogs and is even cool with feline friends!  Smarty Pants: He’s eager to please, a quick learner, and ready to show off his skills. Expert Napper: After a day of play, he’s the best companion for a quiet evening at home. While Max prefers to keep his favorite toys all to himself and would thrive best in a "grown-up" home without young kids, he is a loyal, friendly guy through and through. Max is looking for a patient human who can help him continue building his confidence in the big wide world. Because he has a little bit of a shy side in public, he’s looking for a teammate to show him the ropes. In return, he promises a lifetime of goofy smiles, wagging tails, and unwavering loyalty.   Thank you for wanting to adopt from Hank's Legacy Foundation. Story
This lovely, sweet, full of energy, girl, was originally relinquished by her owner because they did not have the time to work with /train her. She was then adopted and returned shortly after because the adopters were not willing to go forward with the training that we advised them about. Canela is a typical puppy. She jumps up, chews stuff, plays hard, and chases butterflies when you`re trying to have a serious conversation with her. Canela likes other dogs and has made some friends in our dog on dog play groups. She has already been through 2 homes that we know of, so this 3rd one needs to stick. She will need training, she will need you to puppy proof your home, she will need you to take her on multiple walks/runs/hikes, anything to wear down her daily energy. Will she take some work and effort? Yes, absolutely, but she`ll be worth it!
