Perdita is a 1-2 year old female Dalmatian. She is friendly, smart, and loving. She has a soft silky coat and is sweet and affectionate. She likes to go for long walks and likes car rides. Perdita is good with other gentle dogs and likes kids. She does chase cats but will back off if they don't run. She keeps a very clean kennel and seems to be housetrained. She would do well with an experienced Dalmatian family. Perdita weighs 38 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative and on heartworm and flea prevention. Adopt fee $100. I`m a spotted gentleman with a big heart, endless energy, and a very serious commitment to snack quality control. I`m happiest when I`m by your side, whether we`re going on adventures, playing around in the yard, or just hanging out together after a long day. I`ve been told I`m equal parts goofy and sweet, and I fully believe every moment is better with a wagging tail involved. Bonus points if you carry treats. I will absolutely act like they`re the greatest thing ever created. I`m looking for someone who appreciates cuddles, playtime, and a loyal best friend who`s always excited to see you.

High energy, loyal and loving to their owners, aloof and protective with strangers, Nelly has an active drive to herd small animals as they were bred in Louisiana to do. This means no cats or dogs smaller than her. Nelly needs a job, something to do every day. She quickly becomes destructive without enough exercise or toys. Nelly isn't a bad girl, she's a dog thats been bred to do a job and as her future owner it becomes your job to fill her life with activities that nurture that.  Nelly is- -Good for experienced dog owners who understand the needs of a high-drive working breed. -Active individuals or families who can provide a job, such as herding, hunting, or dog sports. -Those seeking a loyal and protective companion for a farm or ranch setting.    Not Ideal For -First-time dog owners. -Apartment living without a very active lifestyle. -Homes where they will be left alone for long periods without stimulation.  -Any home with dogs smaller than her or cats OR  -any homes with small children If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. Meet Archie! This handsome black-and-white Lab/Pointer mix is a 1-year-old male with a big personality to match his size. He’s up to date on all vaccinations, fixed, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm.He does great with kids and dogs, though his behavior around cats is unknown. He’s a big, goofy boy full of energy and charm, always ready to play and keep you smiling. With his striking looks and fun-loving nature, he’s sure to be a wonderful companion for an active home.   Stray Haven in an effort to help with the overcapacity of one of their partnering rescues, is crossposting the adoptable pets. Ripley County Humane Society is a beautiful non kill campus, comprised of three buildings on 13 sprawling acres in Osgood Indiana. Due to the remote location, they don't show up in the searches commonly made by adopters because they are just outside for the 30 mile radius of Cincinnati OH, Indianapolis IN and Louisville KY.
