This precious girl named Minnie Mae was saved by our rescue on her last day at a rural shelter that was overcrowded. She is in a very temporary foster situation and looking for her own family. She could also benefit from a long term foster that is equipped to walk her etc. Minnie is not safe at her current foster home as they are unable to walk her and she has gotten away from them at times. She always comes back to their house, but it's not safe for her to be running loose. Minnie Mae is approximately 2 years old and appears to be a doberman/lab mix.Minnie Mae is active and playful and loves to go out for walks and explore in the yard. She also loves car rides. She is 100% house trained and has been good with all people she's met. Minnie loves her toys and will occupy herself, but also needs to get her energy out. We recommend a fenced yard where she can run. Her ideal situation would be with someone who's home alot so they can keep her busy. This big girl came in as an owner surrender when she got to big for the owner to handle and train. She is very smart and high energy which leads to boredom and trouble when not harnessed. She is not crate trained and needs leash manners. All of that said she is a fantastic girl with incredible potential!!!She is absolutely beautiful loving and sweet. She plays rough but corrects when she respects her handler. Are you ready to shape this girl in to the dog of your dreams because she is ready willing and able to learn. She has greeted other dogs in the kennels nicely at the gates but according to the owner she was attacked at 4 months old and is reactive to dogs. We can try a dog meet if you already have a dog. Everyone who meets Mina uses one word to describe her… noodle. There is something goofy, silly, and wiggly about this string of spaghetti that we just can’t resist. Like most young Dobermans Mina was going crazy in the shelter and we knew we had to bust her out. Mina does not know much yet but is proving to be a quick learner. She is being trained in foster care and would love someone to build on that foundation with her. So far Mina has shown us to be sweet and sensitive. She is a teeny tiny girl who loves to be right next to people. She loves to play with people and dogs. She is house and crate trained.

Batman is a male Mountain Feist/Fox Terrier mix, born about April 2025. He is sweet and loves people. Batman is neutered, healthy, and quite an easy, agreeable young man. He walks on a leash, is happy in his crate for sleeping, and is doing well with potty training. He knows how to sit and wait politely for his meals. He’s a very cute guy who is on the small to medium size, and is an uncomplicated, issue-free dog who is ready to join a new home. Adoption fee $50. She was originally adopted from us as a puppy but returned for not getting along with the other pets in the home. Phoenix should be an only pet in her new home, but is a lovely girl willing to give you all her love. She would benefit from a diet and losing a little weight. She is a great girl who is fully housebroken (but may have a few small accidents as she gets acclimated) and crate trained. She would be fine with older, school aged children. This adorable spirited little boy and his siblings came in to rescue last winter after they were dumped on a back country road. Their mother was found deceased, so we took the puppies in to try to save them. They were very sick initially but are very healthy now. Barnabas is a gentle little boy, but dose love to run and play with other dogs. He has done amazing with his house and crate training. He is so deserving of a wonderful home to call his own. She is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions.
