Marlie is 4 yrs old, super sweet, eager to please, great with people. She is crate trained, rides well in the car, walks well on a leash & is potty trained. Marlie is on the high energy side, needs regular exercise & mental stimulation. Although she is beautiful, she is the product of very poor breeding & has had two knee surgeries so exercise doesn’t need to be intense but should be facilitated multiple times a day, such as running in the yard or playing with another dog or swimming. She will do best in a home with consistent routines & a fenced yard where she can run. She is good with male dogs but no cats. Marlie struggles with anxious energy & reactivity to unknown dogs when they are near so training and regular “calm time” help. She is a typical loyal velcro Doberman who craves being near her owner & will be a great go-everywhere dog with continued training & consistency.

Loki is a sweet, happy, smart 17 mo old boy who loves spending time with his humans. A true Doberman, he can be very demanding & stubborn, but with daily exercise and the right continued training & encouragement he will be a wonderful companion. With continued help on his socialization he will be able to overcome his excitement when encountering other dogs/people. He is still immature & does not realize his size & acts like a big puppy. He needs an experienced owner with large and/or working breeds who understands the need for consistent training. He can be a great hiking companion, running partner & just all-around best friend to the right family or individual. He just needs the opportunity to show his goofy & loveable nature & you will be hooked. He rides in the car well, is crate trained and knows basic commands. He needs time to mature & that is going to make all the difference for this guy. He has incredible potential but only in the right hands. He is specifically available to homes where someone is home at least part-time, as an only dog, OR to a home with female dogs of similar size & to homes with children over 8 years old. He has previously lived with children (7-14 yr old & done well.) His original family had some life changes & could no longer make the necessary commitments to keep Loki.

Cabela is 9 yrs young, a very friendly & fun girl, good with other dogs & has lived with small children well. She is potty trained, trustworthy left loose in the house. She knows several basic commands & is very well behaved. She loves playing frisbee in the backyard too! She enjoys walks & car rides but is also happy just being a couch potato & laying in the sun for a few minutes per day. If you have never known the love of a senior dog, you are really missing out! This beautiful girl was underweight and basically lived in a kennel. I took her in, in hopes I could get her healthy and find her a loving home with the things she needs. She is a very loving girl but since she was basically always in a kennel she was not socalized so she is timid. But she loves other animals. She needs alot of love and some good training. She's about 1 year old and a few months. Currently she is about 40 pounds. Her breed and age she should be around 55-60. Slowly but surly getring her to a healthy weight. She is not fixed but since she was so malnourished she has not had a heat yet. Her shots are due in April.

**Located in Fort Worth, Texas** Sonny is beautiful and smart, trusting and has proven to be loyal and fun to be around. He's kind to his pack mates large and small, and is especially careful around the smallest dogs. He doesn't bother the house cats, either. Sonny's active and loves to run outside with the other big dogs, but settles down quickly inside. He also loves to go for runs and walks with you, or just sit next to you on the couch. He is bright and alert, and loves to eat, and has a permanent smile on his face, too! Sonny arrived 15 lbs lighter, but he's now a healthy muscular 50 lbs, hw negative, fully vetted, neutered and ready to live his best life with his forever hüman. ❤️ Sonny does well with his foster pack but would do best with one or 2 other dogs, or another dog and a cat, so he doesn't get lost in the crowd. He learns quickly and his new trick is eating a spoonful of dog food off of a spoon and sits patiently waiting his turn. Sonny knows "sit" and "off", and is working on learning the other basic commands. Open your heart and home to Sonny and it will be blue skies every day for you and your new best friend!
