Meet beautiful Emma aka cuddle bug! She is apprx 5 yrs old & will be your best girl with a little patience & time to adjust! On the smaller side at around 56 lbs, easy to handle too! She can be shy initially with new people & situations but has really blossomed in her foster home & enjoys walks, car rides & local shopping outings! She will do best in a home with another dog for confidence. She's potty trained & crate trained but the crate isn't her favorite, she prefers a baby gate- she hasn't been destructive at all. Someone home part-time will be very beneficial for Emma. Sudden hand movements spook her but once trust & a bond is established, she does so much better. She's super smart, a fast learner & knows several basic commands. She is low to moderate energy- likes to play but loves to a cozy spot to snuggle! ■We adopt to all areas of Texas as well as parts of OK, AR & LA. 🛑SERIOUS inquiries will EMAIL us. Foster needed for Romeo! Found as a stray last month, finder's dog doesn't tolerate him & he's living outside full-time in their backyard. Super sweet, estimated at 1-3 yrs old. Is curious about the outdoor cats but hasn't shown aggression, however he will chase if they run. Good with other dogs, seems potty trained. Crating is unknown. Kids unknown. Loads & rides well in the car. Hasn't been destructive with his toys in the yard. Total lover. Lived great with 4 cats & 13 yr old autistic child. Has only met 2 small dogs & wasn't a fan of those. Good with female dogs 45+lbs. (Will update addlt info when available.) Knows some commands, easy to teach. Dog was put in boarding by former owner who moved out of state Apr 15 & needs out ASAP. Spot is available to foster or foster-to-adopt with us (LSDR - info below). Bones is 4 yrs old, male who is a sweet & silly boy! A gorgeous boy who gets all the looks! But he's not just another pretty face, he's smart & a total lover! He is potty trained; he's great with female dogs 15 lbs & larger but can also be great in an only dog home. He's done good in playgroups with multiple dogs but can't live full-time with other males in his same home. He's also crate trained & seems to be doing well staying loose in the home for short periods. Bones is a wonderful boy but does get overly excited when he sees people & other animals through windows (car & home) but that's just a teaching & learning opportunity so he will need continued reactivity & impulse training we have started in his foster home- he is already showing great potential!
