Rooster is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down there, so he is willing to relocate for a good, loving, forever home. This handsome boy was found as a stray running out in the country. He is approximately 7 months old and weighs 45 pounds. He will probably weigh in the 60-pound range when fully grown. We are not sure of his breed mixture but think he may have some lab and Doberman in him. Rooster has a great personality and disposition. He loves all of the other rescue dogs, big and small. He loves people and will lie at your feet whenever he can. He loves water and the garden fountain is his favorite spot to hang out and keep cool. Rooster is a very sweet and goofy puppy. He is pretty much house-trained and runs to go outside with his buddies. He will need some leash training and would probably do better with a harness. We have no idea of how he is with cats. Rooster loves to run and play with his dog friends and toys. He may not be suitable for a home with small children because he may knock them over when running and playing. Rooster needs a fully fenced-in and secure yard. He will be a great dog for hiking or going to the dog park. He is an active boy and will run around the yard with a toy in his mouth playing tag with his buddies. He likes to be the leader and have everyone chase him. Rooster would do well either as an only dog or with other dogs.. Rooster is a healthy and happy boy. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, (DAPP, Bordatella, rabies, canine influenza), and microchipped. He is receiving monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Roosters' adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport to Kent, Arlington, or Bellingham WA. Hi, my name is Fury! But I'm more like a happy, gentle breeze that wants to have fun! You might recognize my name from the famous character Director Nick Fury of the Marvel movies, I'm kinda like him: I love being the center of attention and don't like it when people take my stuff! I am a big dog! With my mixed Doberman Pinscher/Black Labrador genes I am a whopping 52#/lbs and have a ton of energy and muscle that needs to be worked! Because of this it would be best if I was paired with an active family who knows how to keep a dog mentally stimulated and respects my boundaries well. No apartment living for me please! No cats or small children either! My caretakers have learned some important things about me: I am a chow-hound and will try to eat anything I can get my hands on! So please leave food out of reach from me or I'll swoop it all up. Secondly, I would prefer if people didn't grab things that I have in my mouth, it's mine not yours hehe! Overall, I am a big-hearted dog who wants to go play, be adventurous, have fun with other people and dogs! I am however not such a big fan of car rides, they make my tummy feel sick eww! FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Dante! He is a beautiful, 1-year-old, 56 lb Doberman who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA to find a better life. We are not sure of his past life, but he came to us very underweight and covered in ticks. We are working to get him back to a healthy weight. Dante is a very sweet boy who loves to go for walks but can put hard on the leash. He will need some work on his overall obedience skills. He does know some basic commands. He is very treat motivated which is great for training. He is very interested in squeaky toys and may have some prey drive so we are recommending a home without cats or other small animals for now. He would love a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run and play. He has done well with other dogs in our care and would do great with another dog in the home but could do fine as an only dog as well. Dante is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

He is a gorgeous, purebred, 7-month-old, Doberman Pinscher who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA to find a better life Chopper is fun, active boy who still has very puppy like energy and will need work on his overall obedience and leash skills. She can be a little mouthy (playful), so we are not recommending small children at this time. He does great with other dogs and loves to play and would love another playful dog in the home. We are looking for a home with a securely fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood where he can run and play. No city life for him. He enjoys going for walks but can be barky at other dogs passing by as he wants to engage them in play. He loves to go on walks and run and would love an active adopter who loves to run or would take him on adventures. Chopper is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $550.
