Story
Available: Jan 4/2026 Born: Nov 9/2025 Size: Large (55-70lbs) Energy: Moderate Gender: Male Breed: Husky/Lab X Notes: Charming and Playful Adoption fee: $450 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt ) Huckleberry is the puppy who collects toys like treasures and occasionally surprises everyone with a bold life choice. Huckleberry is a sweet, fun, and curious little guy with a heart full of affection and a playful streak to match. He loves gathering his toys and bringing them over, sometimes including the entire toy bin, just to make sure everything is close by. He tends to be a bit more cautious than his sister Cranberry, thoughtfully taking in his surroundings before jumping in… except for the one time he decided stairs were no big deal and confidently tackled them without a second thought. Like any growing puppy, Huckleberry is still learning the basics and is working on his house training and kennel training. He’s too young to start leash training for now, but puppy classes would be a fantastic way to help him continue building confidence and good habits. With proper introductions and boundaries, he is expected to do well with other dogs, cats, and kids. If your home could use a gentle goof with a love for toys and quiet confidence, Huckleberry is ready to bring the charm. Story
Available: Now Age: 5 years Size: Large (55-65lbs) Energy: Moderate Gender: Female Breed: Pitbull/Heeler X Notes: Silly and Affectionate Adoption fee: $400 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt ) Requirements: - Needs a home with no other dogs. Hi, I’m Bella! I’m a big-hearted goofball with a love for life and an even bigger love for my people. If you're looking for a dog who will greet you at the door like you're the best thing that’s ever happened to her, every single time, I'm your girl! I’m fully house trained and kennel trained, and I’ve got most of my leash manners down, though I sometimes forget my excitement isn’t always the most graceful! But I’m eager to learn and love making my humans proud. I can be good with other dogs, especially with super slow introductions to a neutral dog and patience but really I would do best as the only dog in a home, so that's what I'm looking for. I’m also great with dog-savvy cats and I do really well with kids. I’ve got a friendly, gentle nature that makes me a great fit for a loving family. What really sets me apart is my sweet and silly personality. I’ll make you laugh, keep you company, and remind you every day how loved you are. I bond deeply with my people and will shower you with more love than you ever thought possible. Ready for a loyal, loving companion with a goofy grin and a heart of gold? Bella is waiting to meet you! Apply today and let the lovefest begin. 𝗗𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱-𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗴.
