Story
Are you looking for an intelligent, loyal dog who requires an active lifestyle? If this sounds like the dog for you, meet Luke! He is a mix breed with Red Heeler traits. Luke is a very friendly, sweet two-year-old guy who loves to be with people. His tail wags nonstop when he gets to hang out and interact with humans. Luke would be fine being an only dog or having dog pals. Luke gets along with all the other shelter pups! He is intelligent and has proven to be a quick learner. He is able to chill out and relax but definitely needs a family who will play, interact and exercise with him regularly. Luke has been at the shelter for a couple of months and would love to find a family to join as soon as possible. He has so much love to give and will be happy to share it with his forever family!

Story
Seven is a lucky number, right? Well I'm seven-year-old Raven so I figure this is my year to get adopted! I've been at the shelter longer than any other dog, and I'm ready to break the streak. The reason for me being here so long is not because there is anything wrong with me. It's simply because the right humans have not come along, but my paws are crossed that they are on their way! I have good energy and am a sweet girl. I love to go to the beach and ride in cars. I also wiggle my butt a lot when I'm happy and it's hard to stop the wiggle butt train once it gets going! I do like to dine alone so I can focus on the feast before me without any distractions. I play well with other dogs and kids are fun, too. I haven't spent much time around those that meow. I'd really love to meet you and see if we could be a family! You can find me at 409 West Cotter in Port Aransas or give the shelter a call at 361-445-1148 or 361-749-5941. Adoption fees are $50 for dogs and $25 for cats.

Story
I have energy and would love to lead an active lifestyle with you! My name is Midnight and I'm a two-year-old male. I think it'd be fantastic to have a yard of my own and someone who will take me on walks. I pretty good with most dogs and haven't met a kid that I don't like. They keep the cats in the cat room so I haven't spent time around them. I am affectionate and was able to give B.J. a couple of good licks today when we were hanging out! Life at the shelter is good, but life with a family of my own would be even better. I am neutered and up-to-date on my shots. I am heartworm positive but I am on preventions.

Story
Life in Port A is good and it would be even better if I could get adopted! My name is Angel and I'm about four years old. Like a lot of my shelter buddies, I was found on the beach and brought to the shelter. I'm a white, spayed female pit bull with a pretty laid back personality who is a bit of a camera hog. I do love to have my picture taken but given my good looks you probably understand why! I am good with dogs and people. I don't do well with cats. It'd be fun to have a small yard to call my own or at least a person who would take me on regular walks. Come meet me and see for yourself what a great and chill dog I am! You can find me at 409 West Cotter in Port Aransas.

Story
You can call me Lovable Lenny or just Lenny for short! I'm a four-year-old, sixty three pound, male, lab mix who is looking for a family to call my own. Like many of my other shelter buddies, I was found on the beach. I get along with pretty much everyone and am a friendly guy. I am heartworm positive and on a preventative which helps manage my situation but is not a cure. Come meet me and you can see for yourself how perfectly I would fit into your family!
